The donut i had was dryer than a popeys biscuit, the service is terrible all theu do is talk all day and take 10 minutes to serve you. The atmosphere in their is terrible all the costumers do is be mad and grumpy and mame fun of kids.

just went in today & waited 5 MINUTES waiting for someone to take my order… I had to pull up to the window & there were 2 young men one had curly hair the other was in the AirPods, they were too busy talking instead of working (free money fs) management needs to do better & look into these cameras & see who’s working & who’s there getting free money. It’s crazy. When I pulled up he was giving me attitude… sir it’s not my fault I waited 5 minutes probably more & nobody took my order so I had to pull up. Especially since their men, DO YOUR JOB!!! It’s embarrassing just standing around doing nothing. Find yourself a big boy job. management do better! Never again.

The drive thru people have the worst customer service, I come here all the time and nothing has changed. Starting with attitude, work ethics is horrible, always dirty and this kids have attitudes and seem like they don’t want to work. Worst service ever.
Don’t come to this location. They’re scammers and rude. Ordered a plain bagel with butter and got charged almost $5 when it’s only $2.87 on the app. The guy said it’s their system. They charge whatever they want and don’t give you the right orders. Horrible service and horrible location.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bagel and a coffee. Not sure if the person at the window was the owner or an employee but they have no common courtesy. He didn’t say one word to me - no greeting, didn’t give me my total, no thank you or have a nice day. Instead, he was chatting with another employee in their native language the entire time. After that unpleasant encounter I realized that my bagel was gross. It tasted like chemicals, I ended up just throwing it away.

Please do not go to this Dunkin Donut, they offer terrible service. I've been there three times now and the donuts are old. The first time I requested an old fashioned donut and when I got home I realized that the donut was stone hard. The other times we went into the store and bought a half dozen and when we got home, the donuts were old. Not to mention the sparkd energy drinks, it tasted like carbonated water. The service is terrible

My visits to this Dunkin Donuts branch have left me with mixed feelings. Although the staff offered good service on my last visit, I was let down by the cleanliness standards. It's astonishing that such issues haven't prompted closure by health inspectors. I won't be returning here. If visible areas are this dirty, I shudder to think about the unseen spaces.

I took my grandson here to see if they had Cookie monster ice cream because it's so hard to find, And they had it!!! I got him a double scoop.That was one of the biggest double scoops i've ever seen his eyes Just lit up!! Lol I ended up getting it in a cup because it was so big. Very good service very fast and the location was extremely clean!! I will definitely be back with my grandson
