My visits to this Dunkin Donuts branch have left me with mixed feelings. Although the staff offered good service on my last visit, I was let down by the cleanliness standards. It's astonishing that such issues haven't prompted closure by health inspectors. I won't be returning here. If visible areas are this dirty, I shudder to think about the unseen spaces.

I took my grandson here to see if they had Cookie monster ice cream because it's so hard to find, And they had it!!! I got him a double scoop.That was one of the biggest double scoops i've ever seen his eyes Just lit up!! Lol I ended up getting it in a cup because it was so big. Very good service very fast and the location was extremely clean!! I will definitely be back with my grandson

Worst service at a Dunkin location ever. My mom tried to order 3 drinks, hash browns and 2 sandwiches (Dunkin Refresher, 2 Coffees, Turkey Sausage,egg and cheese sandwich, sourdough grilled cheese sandwich) at the drive thru. It seemed fine until the cashier working started to be rude after saying that they didn't have a Dunkin Refresher. My mom then asked if she can get a Matcha Latte instead. The cashier said to "go around" the drive thru again because there were other people behind her waiting. It was very rude and inconvenient, yet he said for "the convenience of other customers" so it's real hard to add another drink to the order since one wasn't in stock? And it definitely sounded like he didn't want to change our order even though we're also customers. My mom just left, and I'm sure the boss was pretty mad at that person for doing that, but who knows since I see so much bad reviews for this location. There are many other Dunkin locations to go to, avoid this one at all costs.

I have been having a bad experience woth this dunkin. Everything I go to the drive thru the mess up my coffe order. And I do t catch it until I get to work. I ask for a latte with Almond milk and and I get regular milk. Mind you I pay extra for almond milk. Then I order two coffees one decaf and one regular cream and sugar I get one decaf and a large decaf with cream an no sugar. Again I didn't catch it until I got to work. It's so frustrating. I need to find a new location.

Made a mobile order at 5am. Got to the window at 520am. Order was not ready. Told the guy that i had to be at work, and that's why the mobile order was placed. 20 minutes to have had it ready, and it wasn't. The guy that was there was annoyed and flat rude. My boyfriend jokingly said to be careful with drink and make sure he didn't mess with it. I laughed, but something told me i should check before i start drinking. I open the lid, and I find this ?? looked like a pube. Needless to say last time I ever ordered from there. Go to the one on 89th and Cicero. So much better, faster, kinder.

Come here almost every single day for a frozen coffee. First they give me the wrong flavor and I send it back to be remade and she gives me the same drink back as if she remade it. Came back inside to have it remade a second time and they actually remade it for me so thank you for that I guess.

The old african American lady that takes the orders via drive thru is terrible!Attitude and very sarcastic about an item they stopped making. Her face wasn’t even washed when i confronted her! Very simple you dont like your job quit!!!
