My drink was the slightly bit of green. Tasted like pure milk with a light hit of matcha. Asked for more matcha powder into the drink. The older lady there said I’ll be charged next time. Charged for my drink being made wrong? Doesn’t make any sense. She took my drink behind the counter taking a few minutes just to give me back the same milky light green drink. This time it tasted even for milky and looked lighted. I worked At Dunkin back when I was a teen, I could tell they didn’t put the full 3 scoops that comes in a medium. Maybe they’re being cheap trying to save on product or maybe they’re not trained correctly? Idk but if you’re going to order from here have very low expectations.

Visiting this location 1st of a new year is taught alot about you employees service. Your younger employees have no listening skills when dealing with customer service. Then there cross contamination who the hell touch raw food the cook food with the same damn gloves on. Plus there are people that don't eat pork should handle turkey and pork items with the same gloves. Food industry is a game. Send them to hospitality school where they can learn properly before you get sue. Worst service ever

Ordered through mobile app, when I pull up, they tell me the oven is being cleaned so they can't make anything I ordered. Why leave the app available at that point.
I ask for the refund, they tell me they can't do refunds. I know they can, but they won't. Tell me I can come back tomorrow to get what I want. Doesn't even make sense.
Really need to be prepared for these types of things or clean the oven before you open?!

Just got a black coffee and made it to the train. How and why would you put milk in someone’s coffee when they tell you black? You have 1 simple job to do. Now I’m out $4 and I can’t drink coffee with milk. Thanks for paying attention to the minor details of your job.

The store is incredibly compact and can only fit about 3-4 people standing up, any more and it will start to get cramped. Their preferred method of ordering is to either mobile app order or place the order and exit the store, returning to pick up your food when it's ready.
Similar to the Dunkin at the Rosemont station (last one before O'Hare Airport), they specialize in speed in an incredibly compact space. Unlike Rosemont station however, this Dunkin is in the free area of the Midway CTA station.
I had a medium cold brew and a boston cream donut. No napkins provided. The cold brew tasted like hot coffee + ice water (which, yeah, is as bad as it sounds). Had to catch a flight so didn't go back to complain, even though it would have probably been a fruitless affair. No complaints with the donut other than lack of napkins.
Will still, of course, take this place over the overpriced Dunkin at the airport. Just be sure to temper your expectations, since it is in the train station right next to it.

I come here twice a week for a chocolate long John and hot chocolate w/ a shot of espresso. No complaints when the skinny older guy is there. They young ladies don’t possess the best customer appreciation or service.
So my bagel got stale inside the 7min walk to the terminal. The coffee was flavored water at best and im pretty sure it only looked dark after adding the cream and sugar. Instead of a smear you get a portion of cream cheese that covered half the bagel.The only silver lining is that the poor man on the sidewalk knew what I got and avoided begging for food.
