I’m not sure what’s going on with this Dunkin', but the coffee I get here is the worst. The first few times, I thought, 'Okay, it happens.' However, since then, it has become a persistent issue. I understand they can be busy or maybe it’s someone’s first day, but jeez, the workers don’t even bother trying to make the coffee right. It’s as if they throw it together and hand it out. So, if you’re going to get your coffee here, just know it probably won’t be that great 😂

We came at the speaker and ordered our stuff like normal. However there was a huge line and we had to wait a lot of time until when we got to the window they said that they had no bread. Like we just wasted the whole time just to find out there’s no bread? Like bro, why didn’t you say it in the speaker the first place. Pathetic. Get your workers right.

I received attitude from drive thru worker as soon as I ordered at 11:40. I got a croissant sandwich very poorly made my egg in the middle was still very cold cheese was not even melted and some peice of bacon were a bit burnt as well . I wasn’t able to go back around I was running later for work I would like this worker to be acknowledged of her behavior . Girl at the window who gave me my order was very nice though . Never again will I be going very unsatisfied

Horrible I had ordered a cappuccino blast Yet they made another lady’s Oreo cappuccino blast, she got their maybe 15 min later than I did. Didn’t even get my cappuccino because I was running late, neither did I get a refund because of all the people they had….horrible

Bad customer service! Went to pick up an online order for a family member didn’t realize she ordered munchkins which I didn’t receive I went back and the worker told me they didn’t have them I asked why didn’t she let me know as soon as I picked up the order she said she didn’t have the receipt I said well because it was a mobile order 😭she offered to give us a donut because she couldn’t give us a refund and didn’t have half of the stuff we was asking her for and she took her sweet time couldn’t even hear me through the passenger side had to repeat myself three times smh plus someone in back of us was beeping and talking shit and they be having attitude wouldn’t even come back 🫤

Literally the worse Dunkin’ you can go to. Every single time I go they get my order wrong and when I let them know they give a stank face with a horrible attitude. If you hate your job so much you should clearly work elsewhere bc customer service isn’t for you. Karen and many other employees have taken my order and every single time it’s wrong, they couldn’t be more happy to work there clearly with miserable faces. I try so hard to avoid going there but the other dunking is out of my way but honestly I would prefer going to the one on 55th so much more the ladies are so lovely and helpful.
