The barista, Alicia, was awesome! She was incredibly polite and helpful. Not only did she make me a delicious drink, but she helped me with directions for my Lyft. I'm being serious when I say the drink she made me, which was the Sabrina Strawberry Daydream Refresher, was the best drink I had from Dunkin! Hell, it was the best drink I had that day! Thank you Alicia!!!

If you like being yelled at by the person making your coffee then this is the DD for you. This morning the staff literally threw away a coffee and yelled at me because she made me the wrong coffee and I didn’t tell her or claim it. How am I supposed to know she was making my coffee and she messed up? I understand that it is super busy in there but I had a black coffee, why would I be looking at other types of drinks being made and following her around trying to take someone else’s drink. She got mad and dramatically threw it away. What a waste. Someone else had to make my coffee and then I had to ask for the correct amount of cream. She stood in front me being like “why didn’t see say anything” but I stayed quiet because I’m not fighting in the morning at the coffee shop across from my job. I get it’s busy, maybe they need more staff. But there is always someone on their phone working with one hand so many also try to be present first? I’ll be going to the Big Shoulders across the way from now on, a little more expensive and a little more busy also, but less yelling in the morning.

Cashier was so mean! I stopped in for a coffee and didn't know they had to scan the gift card and she gave me the biggest attitude when I asked her if it had to be scanned like it was a major hassle. Terrible start to my day. Also I asked for decaf and got caffeinated which I'm super sensitive to. Also they don't take mobile orders which is inconvenient. Do not come to this location

I cant decide if the brownie batter donut tastes like they left it on the floor of a bathroom, or if it tastes like the smell of a homeless man on the green line that hasn't gone to one in a while. Get what you get from a dunkin in the loop but lord have mercy on my soul that was trash #

I have never had a bad experience here. I always find they are incredibly polite, accommodating, and working as fast as they can. Will you have to wait a little longer sometimes? - sure, but that’s what happens when 10 people, who just got off the Metra, flock towards this place all at once at 8AM. This is hands-down one of my favorite Dunkin’s based on the employees.
