I went through the drive through this morning and I asked for my coffee and a bagel with veggie cream cheese on it on my way to work. And they put the wrong cream cheese and only a few drops.

5 starts for the beautiful woman that opens in the morning, stopped by in my semi to get food at 345 am. They don't open till 4am and yet she still served me. That is what makes me want to come back. Yes the food is the same as every location. But the service is incomparable. Thank you!!!

I went there at around 4:03 and placed my order the first mistake I noticed was I asked for vanilla shots instead of French vanilla I let that slide then I finally got my drink after 10 minutes and it tasted like water and what doesn't make it any better is the lady working behind the counter has airpods in and doesn't listen.

I always pick this location out of all in the city! My coffee is always made with sooo much love! This is definitely my husband and I’s all time favorite Dunkin!!
Stopped by at 9pm yesterday and was told it was closed. Google times should be updated if this location will close 2 hours early.

Last weekend I went to this location around 8:20pm. Online states is closes at 9pm. All i wanted was a wake-up wrap and a chi latte with shots of expresso. He told me that everything was shut down for the night. I was too mad to argue and I drove to the next location that was open later. Note there was another person in line behind me in the drive thru that left too.
Out of curiosity at the second location, I asked what time they shut the machines down. She said it was policy that they have to remain on until closing time.
I have gone to the dunkin on SW Highway before. They get my coffee order wrong more often then not. But that night I needed the boost for my 2 hour drive.
Dunkin on SW Highway needs to look into whoever is closing. Clearly they don't want to do their job.
