I am a Dunkie Junkie and will go through this drive thru sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Food is usually good and service is always great. For the most part my coffee is spot on, it usually varies when new people start.
Order # 942 - Minnie had amazing customer service, she answered my questions without any issue. Tried to do receipt survey but it didn't work, and really wanted her to be praised.

Always so welcoming and such a patient crew! This is the only Dunkin that makes my coffee consistently good :) owner seems to take really good care of this store as well
Ordered 2x hot americanos gave me watered down milk in both cups i brought them back they didnt take old cups back and asked for new ones, gave them oppurtunity to correct the issue to make me new cups and new cups are watered down with slight coffee flavor as well , seems like they dont know how to make coffee which is pretty sad considering its your only job. , At This Point Speedway Coffee Would Be Much Better than This and Much Cheaper....

This place is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet earth they always get your order wrong It doesn’t matter how clear you say it ! Then when you tell them they try to reverse the situation like u said it wrong !It’s too many young ppl that simply don’t care.If there were no stars that’s what this place would have gotten from me anybody who got here please check your order or you will be burning gas going right back( the weather was freezing cold) !!!

?NO African Americans work here there's plenty in the around not just Mexican & Latin ALM. Customer service was a 3 outta 10 ice cream melted and waffle cone was hard ? also this location needs maintenance inside and outside the trash cans are majority of time filled right next to drive thru mic ? ?
