I love Dunkin's Coffee that French vanilla is so good as for the donuts well their donuts...lol...I rarely get one but they can keep them sandwiches

URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED FOR ONGOING ISSUES AT KEDZIE LOCATION

I would like to bring to the attention of the managers and owner of the Dunkin' Donuts location at Kedzie, near the USPS offices, a persistent issue that has been affecting customers for several months. As a resident of the area, I frequently visit this establishment every other day to purchase refreshing beverages for myself and my family.

However, for the last few months, the staff has been rejecting both cash and card transactions at the drive-thru and walk-up windows during the hours of 1 PM to 7 PM, citing shift changes as the reason. They have informed customers that while orders placed through the app can be fulfilled, many drinks with various ingredients are often unavailable due to equipment malfunctions.

This situation is particularly frustrating, as I have encountered discrepancies in what can and cannot be made. For instance, while they claim they cannot prepare a Collatta drink, they readily offer a Strawberry Smoothie, both of which are made using a blender. It seems that the staff prioritizes simpler orders for their convenience, rather than accommodating customer requests.

This behavior not only reflects a lack of diligence but also negatively impacts the business by driving away customers who would prefer to make purchases in person rather than through the app. As a regular patron, I have observed a significant number of cars leaving without placing orders, which ultimately affects revenue for the establishment.

I hope this feedback prompts the management to address these ongoing issues and consider implementing changes to improve service quality. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I don't eat pork 😢 Veronica helped me out she went over and beyond her customer service and patients help me put a an exceptional breakfast together which was a delicious chicken wrap with a delicious and I mean delicious strawberry refresher made with green tea highly recommended by Veronica herself was on point please Dunkin Donuts keep Veronica as your front I'll be back to visit I truly appreciate good customer service Veronica is Phenomenal

They pretend to not have a key to the restroom. "They lost the key" stood at the service counter for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged even though no one was in the line. No customer service. Joyless employees. 😢

I make a mobile order so that when I arrive my food is already ready and don’t have to wait. They don’t even start on the order till you get there sometimes even later. What’s the point of ordering ahead. Happened 5 plus times already. I always try to give them the benifit of the doubt but no they just suck.

They disrespected me when I'll I was doing is asking a question they couldn't even take my order because there order mechanic wasn't working they then proceed to tell me I have to go back into the line when I was already there because there's cars in back of me(I was the only one there) I pulled up to the window and they started yelling before I could say a word. You can't run a business when you can't even control yourself from yelling at clients worse service I have ever received. I don't recommend anyone to go through that experience.
