My family has been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years. Sometimes 2-3x a day. Services has fallen within the last 4 months. I won’t be going here any longer. I always order a Large Iced Dunkalatte with 2 pumps of caramel as I do not like my coffee to sweet. And 10 munchkins for my kiddos. Today was my breaking point. They charged me for a large, tried to hand me a medium with no Carmel. I questioned the guy as I paid for a large. He said oh sorry and proceeded away from the drive thru window to make a large.
As I’m watching him make a new one, he dumps the old one, added more ice and some regular milk. Placed a lid on and comes to the window to give it to me. I asked him isn’t the Dunkalatte made with coffee milk? I know this already as I been drinking them daily. He said he put coffee milk in. I asked why did he place milk from the 2% gallon? He said I know how to make a drink. Are you going to take this? I asked for a refund. My business is not appreciated here. I’ll go elsewhere.
Not mad that the drink was made incorrectly the first time. Disappointed that even after the second attempt I was given a drink incorrectly for what I paid for. The rudeness of the cashier at the window is not professional.

This is by far the worst Dunkin in the area!! I would do a mobile order almost every morning, and every single time they would get something wrong. Seems like they can't make lattes correctly either because every time I ordered one, I would have to get it remade because they would give me a regular iced coffee. Oh, and don't try and tell them you know it tastes different because they'll throw a fit because they have to make your order again correctly this time!

Irving and Harlem branch cannot make a good cup of coffee. To hot and tastes exceptionally bad. Dunkin forgets what made them , a good cup of coffee.

Worst dunkin ever. I come here a lot because it’s close to my home and job, but there is ALWAYS something that goes wrong. If I order a simple coffee, they do something wrong. If I order a bagel, they somehow do something wrong. They do fix the mistakes if you call and let them know, but why can’t you get it right the first time? Workers always messing around in the back and joking when you go to the window to pay. I ordered a simple coffee today, caramel iced liquid sugar and cream and they forgot the caramel and put granulated sugar instead. I just don’t understand how they always mess it up but they do.

Dunking side is great the baskin Robbins side is also great. The ice cream tastes great. Better than other places that sell ice cream. I don't know about the quality but the flavors are wonderful and some are the same as when I was a kid. Like the Rocky Road and Parlines and cream and pistachio and many others. My son loves the chocolate.

Disappointed with Drive-Thru Experience
I stopped by Dunkin’ to grab a special treat for my child, only to be handed this (see photos). A heart-shaped donut with a huge chunk missing, like someone just dug their finger into it. How does this even get served to a customer?
It’s one thing to make mistakes, but this is just careless. No one at the window even acknowledged it—just handed the bag over and sent me on my way. Completely unacceptable. Do better, Dunkin’.
I love Dunkin but was a bit disappointed. The medium latte was only half the cup. My ice cream cone was stuck in a bowl because they said it was melted. The coffee was as expected and the munchkins too.

Ordered large cold brew. Was brought out in medium cup. Told drive thru worker I ordered large. He grabbed a large cup, poured the medium one into the large cup, and handed to me… horrible. Love Dunkin coffee but will never visit this franchise again.

Ordered the $6 meal deal and dinned in at this location. Excellent customer service. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Some locations don't always get the hashbrowns right but they were perfect here. Restaurant was also clean.
