I bought four donuts, but all were hard, and one frosted was dried out. When I informed the manager at the counter about the issue, she replied that the donuts had been made since 5 AM and didn’t understand why they were hard!🤔 I have tried donuts from many places late in the evening. I have never encountered hard donuts like them before. I believe they might be selling leftover donuts from the previous day.

I have never been told no to making my beverage with light ice. The lady at the Niles location refused to make my drink with light ice and proceeded to argue with me that they can’t make it that way. Every time I am in this location, it is filthy dirty, sticky floors and countertops, and it smells like raw sewage. I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location ever again in my life. As a regular and as someone from the neighborhood and community, I am very disappointed. I would like a representative from Dunkin’ Donuts to please reach out to me as soon as possible.

Man who works night shifts is a racist and straight up rude person. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child and it used to be really nice friendly, clean and over the years it just became worse and worse. The guy who works never greet you. He slams the change in your hand and he doesn’t even listen to order, but gets mad when he, gives you the wrong product. So unfriendly.
