My local Dunkin was out of cookie butter cold brew so I ordered it online here. I was greeted as I walked in. It was ready when I arrived within 5 minutes and it tasted good.

Man who works night shifts is a racist and straight up rude person. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child and it used to be really nice friendly, clean and over the years it just became worse and worse. The guy who works never greet you. He slams the change in your hand and he doesn’t even listen to order, but gets mad when he, gives you the wrong product. So unfriendly.

This is the problem whenever you go to Dunkin donuts or any south east Asian stores. They never greet to you . They always had bad mood. No training gave it to them how you treat and greet customer. Even they don't even acknowledged.
What can I say nothing!!!!!! They are making money this is their AIM.

Lately their iced lattes have been consistent in taste and quality. Not sure if they upgraded their machines, but I’m not complaining. A satisfied customer here :) and one of the very few locations that carry Bavarian cream donuts which is a plus

Terrible service. I and my mom went to buy 2 coffees this afternoon and i wanted to redeem some of my points for the hash browns. A girl named Palak didn’t allow us to redeem more than 1 harsh brown and said my point was only enough for one. I told her I still have 400points extra and would like to redeem more but she gave us a hard time. Then she went in and talk bad about us to the other employees in front of me and my mom. I’m pretty sure she did. Very bad service and unfriendly. I won’t come back here.
