I placed my order, the employee asked to confirm, which I did. I received and ended up paying for two of what I asked for. I admit, I could have told the employee that I only wanted 1, but it was late and I was tired and didn't want to be an inconvenience.

Use the mobile app! I get in and out of there fast. They get the mobile orders instantly. In three years they have screwed up my order once. So 99.4% accuracy so far. Parking can be dicey. Currently the chorizo wrap is my fav. They have ice cream at this location. Extra stars to compensate for the fact that no one reviews Dunkin' unless something went wrong. It's a central staple of this neighborhood.

I drink Dunkin every day, but I won't come back here again! It is clear that in this place many customers were dissatisfied. A girl named Kuran does not know how to conduct a friendly dialogue like the Dunkin team to talk to customers who came to spend their money. I was just trying to explain that only this Dunkin’ is doing something so terrible, there are other Dunkin’ places where everything is very good. Now I won't come back here again

Went there at 1am and the guy there at night doesn’t seem like he even wants to work nor does he do his job well! Idc if he has been there for years and knows all the ins and outs but there r better and more willing people that would love to work there and do a better job then him I ordered a mocha shake and it didn’t even taste like mocha at all more vanilla ice cream and it was more of a vanilla milk than a shake and my bf had a 1 scoop sundae and he got a teaspoon of chocolate and a half teaspoon of caramel which he didn’t ask for just hot fudge! They really need to find someone better for the Night Shift cuz he doesn’t want to work or even be there!

I've never wasted time with something as benign as rating a DD but this place shouldn't have a franchise license. Quite possibly the rudest service from ownership and their kin and they do not honor the corporate pricing on items. They make things up as they go along.
