I ordered a maple bacon sandwich and it was even cooked fully, and I was on my way to work didn’t have time to go back but this is not the first time this has happened they need to check the sandwich before handing it off to the customer

It's literally only 1:30pm. Placed a delivery order and the poor driver is messaging me letting me know they are literally out of almost everything I ordered. How...you serve donuts and coffee. How are you "out" of donuts not even half way into the shift

I been coming to this dunking for some time now. The twins girls and the manager are awesome!!!! But they recently got some new girls, and they always make my coffee wrong and are rude when I ask them to fix it.. I am very nice to them when I ask for my drink to be fixed, but they are typically never nice back. I did not mind when they were new and my drink was wrong, but they been there for a few months now... and my coffee is still wrong EVERYTIME. I now have to drive 10 extra mins to a different dunkin or wait to 3 pm when the twin girls are in. These girls attitudes need to change!!!!! They need to learn to read the descriptions on the cup correctly and be nicer to their customers.

Placed a mobile order at the wrong location and was refused an iced coffee. It’s not that hard to just make it for a customer when I’m already here. Pure laziness

I've shopped here on a weekly basis for years, but service has become inexcusable. Two days ago I stopped in to buy a few hot coffees and the order was wrong, the employee that served me became very argumentive and angry with me instead of just remaking my order. Very disappointed and won't be coming back .
