THE ABSOLUTE WORST. When I came here the workers were not even wearing uniforms. They were wearing t shirts and sweat pants. They only had half the donuts advertised and it was still early. The place looks so dirty and disgusting.

There is a group of old white people, about 10 or so that like to sit for hours and hours and talk trash about anyone who isn't white, in a nasty and racist way. They are loud and will go outside to smoke by the door, not moving for other people. They take up the whole place and think they are owed it.The blonde lady and brunette lady behind the counter are rude and snotty, they don't say nice things like 'how may I help you?', 'good morning, good afternoon, good evening' or 'thank you, have a nice day'.Customer service is dead.

I've shopped here on a weekly basis for years, but service has become inexcusable. Two days ago I stopped in to buy a few hot coffees and the order was wrong, the employee that served me became very argumentive and angry with me instead of just remaking my order. Very disappointed and won't be coming back .

This dunkin sucks. When I first moved to the area about a year ago it was great. And then slowly the employees changed and it's gone downhill. I went about 3 months ago and their latte machine was broken (it had been a few months idk how long it takes to get fixed) and the hashbrowns I ordered were disgusting. I didn't get the full 6 you're supposed to get and there was a puddle of grease at the bottom. I decided to go again to give them the benefit of the doubt and since it's the closest to me. They got my order wrong. Never going back.

No stars if I could. I've gone to this place three times and all three times they have messed up my order. Iced coffee no cream no sugar, seems straight forward enough. Every time I've gotten my coffee there was either cream or sugar or both. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and instead they give me a breakfast sandwich.

I placed an order on Uber eats for two coffees, two donuts, and two croissant sandwiches. Totaling almost $40 and yet we didn't receive our sandwiches. They won't answer their phone and there's no way to even get the message out there that they shorted your order other than you going through the help portion on Uber eats, and they refund your money without giving you the option to have the order sent. I think that's a bunch of crap! The photo from the driver and my ring door bell proves they didn't include them.
Update 4/20/2023Well after my latest review from a visit a few days ago I must say that someone may have seen my post and decided to do something about it. I walked into this DD and to my surprise the cooler was packed with an assortment of drinks with some healthy choices and the tables were clean and the floor was also swept. I thought I walked into another store. If these improvements are fueled by my post I'm glad I could light a fire under the owners butt. If the owner decided to just do the right thing that's also good. As long as the right thing was done. Which is always putting the customer first. Have a great day and please be safe :)
