Rushed me despite having no customers in store and 5 people behind the counters. Got my order wrong. I didn't get a receipt. Called as soon as I got home, and was met with "what you mean you just came in and we got your order wrong. That can't be true." At this point it's just not worth it to fix for the $16 I paid.

I ordered two scoops of ice cream and they used a small cup and although I asked for toppings, she proceed to put VERY small amount of whip cream and strawberry topping and charged me more than $2 for it. I have never wrote any reviews but was very upsetting !! Never coming there again!!!

I recently visited dunking donuts, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The management has created a warm and inviting atmosphere, the staff here is friendly , customer oriented. The donuts are heavenly. I suggest everyone to try their strawberry donuts and munchkins!!. I highly recommend paying a visit to dunking donuts who simply looking for a sweet treat to brighten your day!

One of the best Dunkin stores I have visited in Chicago. The cleanliness and the customer service is top notch. Management is excellent for its hospitality. My go to place for yummy donuts.
This is my favorite Dunkin.. The staff here are very helpful and the service is really fast.. I've enjoyed different types of donuts here.. My favorite is Peanut Donut here which is very delicious.. I really love this Dunkin...!!!!
