Scanned the app took my rewards points off then told me to pay full price for my drink because the cash register said I owe that , so why did it take off my rewards points? All the cashier can say I don’t know

The location is clean and well kept and service is good. In particular, the man who works the overnight shift gives impeccable service. He always greets me warmly, and you can tell he takes a genuine interest in and cares for his customers. His service is prompt, polite, and delivered with a smile. I could go to a few places for my night time tea but it’s this man’s care for his job and customers that keeps me coming back to this Dunkin location. He’s a real asset to the team.

I am not sure of this is a family run business, but this is the slowest location I have ever encountered. And its been this way for years. Every so often i stop in hoping something changed, and I'm always disappointed.

Very clean and modern location, cool in the summer. Plenty of seating for a larger group, adults and children alike - there's a Baskin Robbins in there, too!
The lady preparing my drink was very friendly and welcoming and quick.
My order was prepared properly and on time. I didn't order any food, but the stars are for the iced decaf mocha latte I ordered via mobile plus two Boston cream donuts I added on the spot.

Every time I visit this location, my only concern is the gentleman behind the counter and his apparent lack of enthusiasm. This individual consistently fails to greet customers upon entry and neglects to respond with a welcoming phrase when thanked. His demeanor suggests dissatisfaction with his role. Nevertheless, the quality of the coffee and my bagel twist has consistently met expectations. Additionally, their bathroom has been out of order for an extended period, which I find hard to believe. As a paying customer, I should be able to wash my hands at the very least, but this has been an issue for a very long time.

Horrible customer service. Braided apple pie was disgusting and I asked for another replacement. It was hard filling was bad. I’m not a picky person either. She was rude and said no exchanges. She can have the bad review horrible place don’t come here.

Very rude, was not greeted, coffee tasted from days before. Lady at counter was yelling and being racist towards customer ahead of me. Told customers dining area is only open for deliveries, while it doesn't say that online. Highly disappointed

The guy that works at night is very bad he treats you like you’re not paying for your coffee. I’ll never step in into this location again
This morning, I wanted to get a latte from this place. The staff member pushed down an overflowing trash bin with their hands and then made my coffee without washing them. When I warned them, they got angry and only rinsed their hands with water, without using any soap. Then, even though I ordered a latte, they gave me an Americano. This place is terrible when it comes to hygiene.

The women in the morning suck, they are very rude and practically throw my food at me when I’m in there. There was a mistake with my order once and I nicely asked if they could fix it for me and ever since then they are rude because I inconvenienced them during their downtime to fix my drink.

Everytime I go to the Dunkin Donuts at Veterans Square I cannot get my midnight coffee, most reason is today 4/20/2025. Their excuse is they don’t have any, or their manager says it’s not available, so I have to go elsewhere for my coffee.

Waited for around 3 minutes and I had to shout out twice for someone to come out.

I ordered an iced coffee on the app with no ice. When I went there it had ice on the ice coffee. She literally said that she couldn't do that. I told her that I have ordered my iced coffee with no ice somewhere else like that. She tells me why you don't go there if they give it to you like that? Besides that my coffee didn't have no oatmilk. It had cream too. I tell her let me speak to the manager. I speak to the manager. She tells me that she was we right. I'm like so then why in the app you can customize it? Like what kind of service are they giving? You get what you pay. I'm not asking for anything for free. Manager said that she is going to talk to hired up. Whats the differences? If the app says one thing, they can't change it. Why would the app have it like that? Like seriously. They need to talk to that lady, she has a really bad attitude. She needs a write-up & they need to change the manager. I'm not going to order from this place anymore. For what? So I can get treated bad.
My wife placed a mobile order and I went in to grab it for her, while she waited in the car. She’s 9 months pregnant. She ordered an iced coffee with no ice and oat milk. When they gave it to me they said they had to put a little ice because it’s impossible to not put no ice in an iced coffee. When I brought it back to her it also tasted like they only put creamer instead of oat milk so she went back in to tell them. They started to remake it and started putting more ice and she said I ordered it with no ice, the app even offers you no ice as an option and I’ve ordered it from other locations with no issues, the cashier said well why don’t you go order it there then. Extremely unprofessional!!!
