Well, I went in for a cup of coffee. And what I got was attitude and shorted by 10 cents. The lady handed me my coffee very ignorantly. I was given no receipt. Then when I left I ask the lady what was the address and she was very ignorant giving me the address. . I have been coming to Dunkin donuts for all my life I'm 40 years old and now I'm never stepping my foot into any Dunkin donuts.i got racism and shorted money.

Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times they get my drink order wrong. They seem to always be in a rush and don’t pay attention to what the customer asks for and don’t pay attention when they’re actually making the drink. I’ve received coffee with no sugar, with flavor without asking for it, regular instead of decaf, etc. Cannot trust they’ll get my order correct so no longer will be coming here even though it’s a block away from us.

Terrible Dunkin Donuts near the Jefferson Park Station, might as well go to the Weston’s Coffee around here! Came here around 7:15 am, asked for a SMALL iced coffee. They gave me a medium and asked if they can change it to a small. They were talking in another language after I asked for that, I felt uncomfortable. They also don’t give you the change right so whenever I have to ask, they get all mad. Please hire someone who is American.

I wish that i could give 0 star to this place for customer service . The night guy was too rude to me today i just ask him a simple question that the cakes are egless or not and then he was very rude to me and his voice was like street dogs . If you like to get good customer services pls don’t go to this place at night . Shame on you guys for your customer service. It is my last day for this place . Someone has to take strict action to this night guy at this place

It's a Dunkin by a transit station, they are open and serve Dunkin products. If you're expecting gourmet food and concierge service you are in the wrong spot. Every time I go in the staff are getting verbally abused by someone. Be nice and set your expectations reasonably.

There is a toilet but it is closed..yesterday when buying coffee I asked if I could use the toilet..unfortunately I couldn't..a few days earlier the woman serving me gave me the key to the bathroom..unfortunately now I was refused..so no, I will not visit this place again, even though their coffee is very good
If Weston's is open, I recommend going there instead. But I get it, sometimes you need a coffee after 3pm like I did. But I also needed a restroom and even though they do in fact have one, the employees will tell you they don't. The place is rather sterile with little seating and a large open space for... Standing I guess? Aside from that, the food is exactly what you would expect from Dunkin, which is isn't great, but sometimes just what you need. Again, I recommend going to Weston's across the street if you can. It's far superior in every way.

When you walk in it's very bare not the most nicest place to eat I would say staff was okay they weren't the best The food was again okay they can definitely make breakfast sandwiches and wraps really good but they fail when it comes to making the drinks
