This morning, I wanted to get a latte from this place. The staff member pushed down an overflowing trash bin with their hands and then made my coffee without washing them. When I warned them, they got angry and only rinsed their hands with water, without using any soap. Then, even though I ordered a latte, they gave me an Americano. This place is terrible when it comes to hygiene.

The women in the morning suck, they are very rude and practically throw my food at me when I’m in there. There was a mistake with my order once and I nicely asked if they could fix it for me and ever since then they are rude because I inconvenienced them during their downtime to fix my drink.

Everytime I go to the Dunkin Donuts at Veterans Square I cannot get my midnight coffee, most reason is today 4/20/2025. Their excuse is they don’t have any, or their manager says it’s not available, so I have to go elsewhere for my coffee.

And at least have someone that looks presentable, This guys shirt was dirty and it makes me think about how this place is runningz

I ordered an iced coffee on the app with no ice. When I went there it had ice on the ice coffee. She literally said that she couldn't do that. I told her that I have ordered my iced coffee with no ice somewhere else like that. She tells me why you don't go there if they give it to you like that? Besides that my coffee didn't have no oatmilk. It had cream too. I tell her let me speak to the manager. I speak to the manager. She tells me that she was we right. I'm like so then why in the app you can customize it? Like what kind of service are they giving? You get what you pay. I'm not asking for anything for free. Manager said that she is going to talk to hired up. Whats the differences? If the app says one thing, they can't change it. Why would the app have it like that? Like seriously. They need to talk to that lady, she has a really bad attitude. She needs a write-up & they need to change the manager. I'm not going to order from this place anymore. For what? So I can get treated bad.

My wife placed a mobile order and I went in to grab it for her, while she waited in the car. She’s 9 months pregnant. She ordered an iced coffee with no ice and oat milk. When they gave it to me they said they had to put a little ice because it’s impossible to not put no ice in an iced coffee. When I brought it back to her it also tasted like they only put creamer instead of oat milk so she went back in to tell them. They started to remake it and started putting more ice and she said I ordered it with no ice, the app even offers you no ice as an option and I’ve ordered it from other locations with no issues, the cashier said well why don’t you go order it there then. Extremely unprofessional!!!

Well, I went in for a cup of coffee. And what I got was attitude and shorted by 10 cents. The lady handed me my coffee very ignorantly. I was given no receipt. Then when I left I ask the lady what was the address and she was very ignorant giving me the address. . I have been coming to Dunkin donuts for all my life I'm 40 years old and now I'm never stepping my foot into any Dunkin donuts.i got racism and shorted money.

Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times they get my drink order wrong. They seem to always be in a rush and don’t pay attention to what the customer asks for and don’t pay attention when they’re actually making the drink. I’ve received coffee with no sugar, with flavor without asking for it, regular instead of decaf, etc. Cannot trust they’ll get my order correct so no longer will be coming here even though it’s a block away from us.
Very friendly service at this location. Coffee is consistently good and atmosphere is always pleasant. The employees are always inviting and the place is clean. Always a pleasure coming to this location. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible Dunkin Donuts near the Jefferson Park Station, might as well go to the Weston’s Coffee around here! Came here around 7:15 am, asked for a SMALL iced coffee. They gave me a medium and asked if they can change it to a small. They were talking in another language after I asked for that, I felt uncomfortable. They also don’t give you the change right so whenever I have to ask, they get all mad. Please hire someone who is American.

The night guy was too rude to me today i just ask him a simple question that the cakes are egless or not and then he was very rude to me and his voice was like street dogs . If you like to get good customer services pls don’t go to this place at night . Shame on you guys for your customer service. It is my last day for this place . Someone has to take strict action to this night guy at this place

It's a Dunkin by a transit station, they are open and serve Dunkin products. If you're expecting gourmet food and concierge service you are in the wrong spot. Every time I go in the staff are getting verbally abused by someone. Be nice and set your expectations reasonably.

Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times they get my drink order wrong.
