Literally the worst quality of food and the service was trash. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. Food was inedible bc it was so hard and disgusting. Employees rude. If you don’t like customer service then don’t work in this industry. Quality of Dunkin has just gone to the gutter.

Very rude guy at the drive-thru. I just got the app and didn't know how to use my points, so I asked how I could pay with points. When I didn't get anywhere, I asked for a manager, and he was no help. I get there might be a language barrier but don't get mad at the customer because you are unable to understand or communicate.

I kind of like this location. The staff is always courteous. Sometimes I have to take sandwiches back because the crossaint was burnt, but they quickly remade it with an apology.

They need to fire all the employees their service is terrible..!!!!! they never can get anything right and the guy at the window is very rude I told him my coffee was not hot enough its warm, then he gives me the same coffee back with ice in it and he laughs at me.!!! I wish this Dunkin' place go out of business.. we already have one on Diversey and Austin and the brickyard they need to go with their bad service I stopped going there a month ago

I truly need to understand why it is that on goggle it says you guys close at 7PM but I come right before 5:30PM and it's closed. So do you close at 5PM or 7PM? Could it be possible for the hours to get updated to avoid this inconvenience? Not just for me but anyone. This is literally the 4th time I come during "open BUSINESS hours" and it's legit closed. It's very frustrating for a business to say "OPEN" and it being closed 3/4 hours earlier than stated on Google. Maybe a sign at the door with the updated hours and an updated version on Google as well, simple consideration for the customers.

Not sure why this business has their hours online saying that they’re open till 7pm. I’ve gone for dine in TWICE before 7pm, around 5/6pm and they are NOT open for you to go inside and order. Nowhere does it say that they’re drive-thru only after a certain time and they also don’t have their hours posted outside their door.
