Hit or miss. Sometime the sandwiches are burned and sometimes they’re pretty good. Sometimes they make your coffee correctly and sometimes they don’t. No one should have to check their food before leaving a drive through or walking away but I HIGHLY recommend you do when visiting any Dunkin location or at least this one for sure. Order a large Macchiato and got a plane coffee with creamer. Over paying for espresso and milk by receiving…well, just a plain watery flavor coffee. Going back to making my own espressos.

They didn’t even blend my smoothie and the donuts were hard and stale do not recommend not only that the staff don’t greet at all they stand there and converse while there’s a long line

So they kicked me out apparently no one can sit there for 2 hours, even though I purchased 2 breakfast and coffee. I was just doing my homework. Peacefully. Idk if there’s a time limit at every dunkin but atleast kindly let me know that I can’t be here too long. They even threatened me that they have on camera for what just sitting down and doing my homework? There needs to be good form of communication. Because of the bad experience I will no longer stop by and I highly recommend that no one should go there because of poor customer service.

This place is the worst dunkin I’ve been too the guy on drive thru doesn’t understand English and he tried over charging for light ice this place needs new management new employees new everything

Whether it was the owner or worker, he was very rude. I came around 6pm, mind you they close at 7pm. I went to the drive thru, and I didn’t mind the wait nor did I say anything when I got to the window! I understand they only have one person at the end of the day. As soon as I get to the window, he complained that I was at the drive thru instead of coming inside because he is the only one. To me, it sounds like they need to put a cone when they don’t want customers to use the drive thru. Easy solution instead of being rude to customers and losing them.

People are so rude and food is horrible…even if this is the closest Dunkin to me I would rather go somewhere else!

Literally the worst quality of food and the service was trash. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. Food was inedible bc it was so hard and disgusting. Employees rude. If you don’t like customer service then don’t work in this industry. Quality of Dunkin has just gone to the gutter.

Very rude guy at the drive-thru. I just got the app and didn't know how to use my points, so I asked how I could pay with points. When I didn't get anywhere, I asked for a manager, and he was no help. I get there might be a language barrier but don't get mad at the customer because you are unable to understand or communicate.

I kind of like this location. The staff is always courteous. Sometimes I have to take sandwiches back because the crossaint was burnt, but they quickly remade it with an apology.
