The best place to get you coffee!! Manju the cashier is super nice and the Manager Blanca goes out her way for her customers!! It sound like the bad reviews left about the were from an ex employee! I have not experienced anything like that!! I think people are too sensitive!!

This is not extra ice this is not even the regular amount of ice that’s supposed to be in a 32oz iced coffee. The bottom of the coffee is completely warm. The craziest part about it is ICE IS FREE!!!!! they choose to not put extra ice because no one wants to go get it. That’s ridiculous. Also I asked for 2 caramel swirl 2 vanilla swirl and they gave me 2 vanilla shots completely different and disgusting a complete waste of my time and money. If as a company you plan on continuing to raise the price on your items, the items should be prepared the way they are ordered not however the employee feels like filling the order.

Everyone here is friendly and they even put cute stickers on the drinks. My drink is always made correctly and tasteful. This is also one of the nicest dunkins inside. They even have the donuts displayed in a glass case.
Please don't take the serious looking people wrong. They are hard at work and of you say good morning or hello they will greet you with at least a heavenly SMILE 😃

I don't know who the cashier was. I believe was the owner was very rude. She was screaming at an employee in front of everybody and I found that to be very rude and unprofessional. She should have talked to her in the office, not reprimand her in front of the customers. She needs to be taught manners. I hate going to that Dunkin donuts. She makes me feel very uncomfortable I try not to go there too much but it's on the way to work unfortunately

Come here often. Everything was fine until I noticed that when you pay cash, they keep part of your change?! Always make sure to count your change! They kept $5.
