I performed private security for a Dunkin Doughnut cafe in 92nd and s commercial and never got paid. Instead of paying me, they ended up telling all the other business owners and their staff members my personal identity information. In addition, they reported me to my department of defense chain and command, and said disrespectful and false information about me. This Indian lady who offered me the security position for one time, was being rude and nasty to me. And to make matters worse, when I explained the information to her husband who was a male Indian manager, he acted clueless and ignorant about the service I completed for his wife. And both the Indian lady and male told their staff members they were not going to pay me, and continued to place me in a position of a victim in the city of Chicago.

Location: 7013 S Stony Island, Chicago, IL 69649On August 9, 2023, at 6:22 am, I was at Dunkin to purchase 4 boxes of coffee and a dozen of donuts and half dozen bagels. The store hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. I tried to enter at 6:22 am but the door was locked, I continued to stand there thinking the employee would open the door but he just stood there trying to avoid looking at me. I decided to go through the drive in. When I placed my order, I was told that I had to come inside to order the boxes. I said I tried to get in but the door was locked, she started yelling, I told her don’t yell at me, I am the customer.I then went inside and ask fo the manager. Well guess what? That person was the manager. She was still nasty. She said her new employee didn’t know he was suppose to open the door and the door isn’t opened until all the employees are there.That was not my problem. The customers saw and heard how she was acting. I told her she needed customer service training. I didn’t get her name but her attitude stinks.She lost a good sale because I went to another location and spent over $140.00.
