Placed my order on my Dunkin app this morning March 25….2 ice coffees 1 hot coffee. Both of my ice coffees were very dark and nasty after I put 4 creams 4 sugars 4 caramel swirl. I returned to the store explained the problem. The cashier wanted to just add more cream instead of just remaking my 2 ice coffees. I had to argue just to get my coffees remade insisting on them to give me fresh coffee instead of trying to keep the old one by adding cream thinking that will help it. Once it was remade it still wasn’t up to standards still tasted like old coffee maybe they need to make some fresh coffee instead of using last nights. The real question is how come we can’t request fresh coffee if it’s old? Real coffee drinkers knows the difference and nothing is free so we should feel comfortable asking for a fresh cup if we unsatisfied with no arguments especially if I PAID for it. I will not be returning
