Breakfast sandwich and hash browns were fine, but the restaurant itself considering the fact it is a fairly newer location could be cleaner. I made a visit during the morning house and it was just a little messy, but another complaint I have and it isn’t just for this location although it was the reason why I took off another star. Why is the ice cream not only looks gummy but it has a gummy feel when U eat the ice cream???

This Duncan location was always a miss for me…. Service was horrible and every coffee order was made poorly however there are two new gentleman who are part of a new crew and they make excellent beverages. I’m so happy to know there is a knew crew. They are so amazing. Keep up the good work!!!

I went to this Location for the First time. I will never Return unless New Staff or New Management. This was the Worst Sandwich, Hashbrowns and Drink I Ever had Period..!!! My Croissant Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich was Horrible, My Hashbrowns was Overcooked, My Carmel Blast Drink was Horrible... On Today's Date @ 1:12pm. I WASTED My Money at This Location Today. I would give this Place and Staff a Zero.

Just left Baskin Robbins in Confusion. I couldn't understand why they gave me a kid scoop sundae and charge me $5.51. Unbelievable, tried calling they never picked up. Something told me I should of check the bag good because not only did they cheat me but they tossed the sundae upside down, a disaster.??Very disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this site to no one

The manager holds it all together as far as service.Drinks are not consistent and if you ask for a remake they look at you like you are crazy or something.

The ice cream look so nasty, there's icicles growing out of it, some of the flavors are all mixed together in one bin, it looked like it got melted and frozen again. I was going to puke, oh my coffee was all watery, I was going to return it, but I was scared to Walk back in and catch rabies. No mask on the manager, yet his employees are wearing it. Disgusting!!!

Usually this is my go to drive-thru, bit lately this location has had the worst employees working. Not all of the staff is bad but the two bad apples can spoil the bunch. I will be taking a break from this location and contacting the manager about my last encounter.

This place is terrible always get the order wrong! I asked for a ice coffee guy gives me iced tea can’t go back because I didn’t taste it till I got on the expressway headed to work. Don’t ask for and iced coffee with cream it’s basically all milk no coffee here at this location. How hard is it to get an order right specially when it’s for a black iced coffee?
