Has Cheddar Bagel Twists! Baked fresh daily! ? The one person working today was really nice, polite, and quick to put out orders. Even though I sent mine online with customized specifications on multiple items. So though there was a bit of a line when I got there to pick up my order she took that line down really fast, by herself. There was a city sign in the window that says they are going to close for a week or two soon to remodel to make it a drive-thru optional restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Listed on website and application.
Parking: Plenty of parking at the building's lot, which is located at the corner of the block. Therefore there's two exits to entries.
Kid-friendliness: The workers I've met at this location tend to be really nice and polite, friendly with kids, and an overall good influence for youngsters.

The bagel is hard and not toasted barely has cream cheese the drink is nasty and doesnāt look like the ones I usually get at other Dunkinās even though I ordered the same thing I donāt recommend coming here as you can see most people have something negative to say about it and on top of that they didnāt give me a receipt which does seem fishy if I could rate 0 stars I would

"I recently visited this Dunkin' location during morning hours as a party of two. We were excited to try their iced shakes, but to our surprise, they didn't even offer them! To make matters worse, the donuts we did order were not fresh and had clearly been sitting out for a while.
To add to the frustration, it took an unusually long time to get someone's attention at the counter to take our order. And when I asked about using the customer restroom, we were informed that they didn't have one available.
If you're going to have only one or two staff members working at a time, please don't leave customers feeling unwelcome and ignored. A little more attention to detail and customer service would go a long way in keeping customers coming back." Thank you ! āI believe this location could improve significantly."

I had an unpleasant experience at this establishment. Despite waiting for a long time at the counter, no staff was available to take my order. Instead, the employees were inside the room making video calls and communicating among themselves about who should come to the counter. This lack of service is unacceptable.
I just had a carry-out for my donuts, and they donāt seem to be fresh this time. I don't know what's wrong, donuts are smooth and soft, they look old and hard to eat, no taste.

Staff lies: The man who took my order did not put Decaf on the label. Another staff member made the coffee. When I asked her if it was decaf, she looked me straight in the eyes and said yes. It clearly was not decaf. I only slept 3 hours that night because of all the caffeine. Staff clearly do not care. Iām never coming back.

this young lady here was talking on SPEAKER phone while taking my order and making my drink. She then proceeded to tell me she put the right amount of flavored shots into my drink, when I CLEARLY saw her put almost triple the amount. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional, I hope that it gets acknowledged.
