This is the second time I come to the place, and they cannot take my order, and I’m waiting for like 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody in the front they help me with my order. There are two people working it’s not enough people to work. I don’t recommend this place

It’s a good Dunkin, but you’d be waiting for your food/coffee forever. Be prepared to stay in the drive thru 10-15min.

Zero customer service here. Why do I have to repeat my order 3 times and the representative wants like I'm making up item names?

This location was recently remodeled it looks very nice, however they need to address the extremely terrible customer service. My order today was incorrect and I had to ask for my receipt. I waited over 10 mins for loaded hash browns a bagel and snack bacon only to get dry hash browns no queso which is what I paid for. After having to ask for my receipt I didn’t even want to let them know about the mistake. I just won’t go back.

Went through the drive-thru around 4 p.m (TODAY). and ordered a decaf coffee with cream and butter pecan. I was given a hot coffee and politely asked for iced instead (and apologized). The employee was rude and had an attitude over a simple request. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. The coffee was terrible so I trashed it. I honestly didn't trust it after her service.

They are unable to make even simple drinks properly
I asked for cream and sugar with my coffee
A drop of cream and no sugar is what I got
I don’t even trust them to remake it because how do you mess up such a simple thing
This establishment is in violation of Allys Law and denied my friend access to the bathroom during a medical emergency.

This Dunkin’ location has become one of the worst I’ve visited, even after its renovation. I ordered a Matcha Green Latte, and the preparation was unhygienic. The staff were not using gloves, and the drink quality was extremely poor. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told there are no public restrooms, which makes me question what the renovation was even for.
It feels like this location is focused only on profit, not on providing proper service. The overall maintenance is bad, the hygiene standards are not followed, and the customer experience is disappointing. Even though Dunkin’s website shows multiple job openings for this area, the store seems understaffed and poorly managed.
This location seriously needs better management, proper training, improved hygiene practices, and basic customer service. Until then, I can’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

The toilet doesn’t work for clients, it really upset me, I specifically went to Tula to eat and go to the toilet, but it’s such a pity

Has Cheddar Bagel Twists! Baked fresh daily! ?
The one person working today was really nice, polite, and quick to put out orders. Even though I sent mine online with customized specifications on multiple items. So though there was a bit of a line when I got there to pick up my order she took that line down really fast, by herself.
There was a city sign in the window that says they are going to close for a week or two soon to remodel to make it a drive-thru optional restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Listed on website and application.
Parking: Plenty of parking at the building's lot, which is located at the corner of the block. Therefore there's two exits to entries.
Kid-friendliness: The workers I've met at this location tend to be really nice and polite, friendly with kids, and an overall good influence for youngsters.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two doors, street level.
