My wife and I went into this location at 11:35AM and encountered the employee at the register at this time had a very bad attitude. A customer had a situation where they couldn’t verify an order and the employee got upset at him, told him to come back at a later time and he left. When the customer left the location she unprofessionally began to speak with the cook in the back and they shared laughs about the situation.
When it came to my Wife and I we recognized there was negative energy going on with the employee at the cash register as she did not look customer friendly or approachable but appeared to have an attitude and was on her phone the whole time. My wife gave her an option to grab our doughnuts immediately or wait and she said immediately “I’d rather just wait” and she grabbed her phone again. Normally at this location employees are not unprofessional, upset and using their phones on the job and would normally say “I got you! Let me bag your doughnuts now” but that wasn’t the case this time as she prioritized using her phone on the clock over the customer. So we confronted the unprofessional behavior of the register employee and she would dismiss us like we weren’t customers let alone human saying things like “So you’re going to make a big deal out of this?”.
It was bad! We Love the location and its food but sometimes you have to call out poor employee customer service. We walked out immediately without breakfast as a result. This occurred between the times of 11:30AM and 11:40AM, we repeat this normally don’t occur at this location, this was a review for the customers going through this behavior at times that definitely should not and for the Owner or Manager of this location to review CCTV and analyze what an employee should not do.

I’ve been a regular customer at Dunkin and order coffee every day, but I've never had an experience like this. I ordered a coffee today, and it tasted like soap with a lot of bubbles. I politely asked the employee to remake it, but he became upset, insisting that it was fine. I explained the issue calmly and asked again for a new cup, but he refused. I’m not here to argue, but as a loyal customer, I feel this needs to be brought to the attention of management. I will be reaching out to corporate and leaving a review to ensure this matter is addressed.
The food is extremely stale. I’m literally calling public health because this is disgusting 🤮

I don’t like this Dunkin. One of girl employees is talk very rudely and she has no idea how to charge i already provide free scan coupons bt she can’t count and when i try to understand her she is talk very rudely. Same as no respect of customer

It was really small not like a dunkin it didn't have no bathroom which is what I hate cuz if ur walking around downtown yoy might have to go bathroom right after since around there not many public. And there was only one guy in the store

The guy who served us was super rude, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte, he gave me half the glass, it was cold, he didn't even say thank you, a horrible experience. We won't come back again. We are out for a walk and everyone is super friendly. Everywhere they have treated us very well. Except this experience yesterday 10/22/24 for breakfast ?
