I came at 9:17pm to get a decaf coffee inside and the worker told me that they didn’t have no decaf because they were about to close & I asked what time you close he said 930, I said online says 24hours. So I said if I go through drive thru can you make decaf coffee he said no, he walked away and laughed & said something to his coworker in his language. I always come to this locations and the ladies that are here always make it for me & tell me to wait for them to make it & it’s never a problem.

This Dunkin SUCKS! Do not go here unless you want to be given whatever drink they feel like making that is not what you ordered. I decided to give this Dunkin a shot because it’s conveniently on my way to work and the 3 times I went here my order has been wrong and the coffee is disgusting. Today I ordered a spiced cookie iced coffee and I was given an iced pumpkin coffee at the window. I told the lady this isn’t what I ordered and proceeded to show her what I asked for and she’s telling me that’s a hot coffee. So I show her again how it says iced coffee and she goes that’s a cold brew. I said I don’t want a cold brew I just want this spiced cookie iced coffee im not sure what the comprehension disconnect was but I was then given a nasty cold brew. Waste of money and time. Dont look at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about when you don’t know the menu of your workplace.
Do not go here! I was a customer for years and the manager was always rude, and then he wanted to charge me $2 for a cup of ice water. Friggin ridiculous. It's not a company policy. It's that locations policy. I will go elsewhere or make my iced coffee at home!

I use to go there EVERY weekday, around 6am, to get 2 bananas and medium coffee....which the 2 female employees always get the order right. But the male manager almost always screws up. I've been coming here for years. I've given him a lot of chances, and now it's time to find someone who cares about the customer. They are friendly though.
