So, these folks tried dialscriminating against me on June 11th. I was working on graduate coursework for several hours. I spent $20 total for two separate order. Someone walked up to to me to tell me that I have been here for a few hours and some people wanted to use the long table with an outlet nearby. Thing is, I have a portable charger and was not plugged into the online. And someone could have sat across from me to use the outlet. Apparently, customers only get two hours. Starbucks never doesn't have such a policy. She told me to be careful like I have done something. I walked here when she assumed I taking up a parking space. I have spent 20 years helping undocumented students and being a supporter of the community. And this is how I am treated. Starbucks may be white institution but at least you get treated better.

I encourage you guys to put people first. If a customer respectfully asks to use the restroom. Just help them. Dont ask them to buy first. You are not just a business, but part of a community.

Couldn’t get my 1 order right I ordered, even after I tried to fix she argue with saying it is the right drink.. man I drink brown sugar shakin espresso every wouldn’t I know how it taste she literally gave me literal ice coffee/ latte .. she was more interested in knowing where I’m from than her doing her damn job

The morning shift employees are super friendly and approachable, but the afternoon shift Hispanic lady with the glasses seems a bit rude and unfriendly.

I had sourdough w turkey sausage and egg and iced coffee it was 6 dollar meal deal very good sausage separate it usually comes with bacon they didn't have turkey bacon though
Even though the employees who work in the morning shift are very nice and friendly however the Spanish lady with eyeglass she works afternoon is very rude and disrespectful

They allow an unhoused dude to panhandle less than three feet away from the drive-thru window which makes waiting for your order awkward while he asks you for money. I’ve mentioned how uncomfortable this is to staff and they seem to of given up doing anything about it. They put up a “no panhandling” sign on the window, which’s efficacy has yet to be proven.

I don't know what dunkin is freezing with their ice cubes but what tf is this black stuff in the ice cube that was in my drink?? I didn't even notice until I got home and took a closer look. This is nasty and and definitely contacting customer service over this.

I am writing because I just received such a bad treatment in this dunkin' donuts, I arrived and sat in the place ordering in the app and while I am ordering a girl who works there yells at me and tells me to leave like 5 times as if I was a homeless or something, and that's where I show her that I am ordering in the app, and not even an apology I received from anyone, please check what kind of people you are hiring because I found a total lack of respect and in my life I had been treated so bad in a local as today.
