Everytime I order here the lady messes up my order! First time I wanted a White cheddar bagel twist with cream cheese toasted she gave me a plain bagel with cream cheese. I didn’t say anything I took it ate. It came back again. Another time ordered a small frozen coffee with whipped cream and she handed me some kind of iced coffee then gave me an attitude because she doesn’t speak English and can’t understand people‘s orders learn English properly.

say what you want about the wait time (it’s a busy location) but the staff is the sweetest ever. they never hesitate to correct a mistake and they are truly so genuine and kind.

I don't understand why this franchise enforces a timed seating period for paying customers when the store is empty. This makes no sense. They act like it's Applebee's and servers need the table. Starbucks doesn't care how long one sits inside, whether it's crowded or slow. This franchise is going to lose a strong customer base by enforcing a silly policy.

Charged me .50$for no ice and .50$ for extra matcha (that's fine), then gave me a drink full of ice. When I asked them to remove the ice, they may have added milk? and now my drink tastes like mostly milk. Not even full? I'm super disappointed and will not be coming back.
Worst customer service. They never let you complete your order and gave you wrong order. Also, they never provide your order receipt. I have never seen such bad service in whole Chicago area. Dunkin franchise please take action. We want good coffee and good service as well.

So, these folks tried dialscriminating against me on June 11th. I was working on graduate coursework for several hours. I spent $20 total for two separate order. Someone walked up to to me to tell me that I have been here for a few hours and some people wanted to use the long table with an outlet nearby. Thing is, I have a portable charger and was not plugged into the online. And someone could have sat across from me to use the outlet. Apparently, customers only get two hours. Starbucks never doesn't have such a policy. She told me to be careful like I have done something. I walked here when she assumed I taking up a parking space. I have spent 20 years helping undocumented students and being a supporter of the community. And this is how I am treated. Starbucks may be white institution but at least you get treated better.

If a customer respectfully asks to use the restroom. Just help them. Dont ask them to buy first. You are not just a business, but part of a community.

Such a stupid staff! Couldn’t get my 1 order right I ordered, even after I tried to fix she argue with saying it is the right drink.. man I drink brown sugar shakin espresso every wouldn’t I know how it taste she literally gave me literal ice coffee/ latte .. she was more interested in knowing where I’m from than her doing her damn job
The worst dunkin, they treat customers differently. I am just shocked by their treat. BIAs
