There’s a light-skinned lady who works around 3 PM as a cashier, and she's usually the only one working at that time. She gave me bad service and started arguing with me about the price of a drink, then laughed when I pulled out my phone to compare prices. While I was there, another customer also complained that her croissant was too salty and asked for a fresh one, but the cashier refused to give her a replacement. The customer ended up not eating it and basically wasted her money. Terrible service. I’ll be switching to another Dunkin.

Hello, I would like to file a complaint about an employee who was working on January 14, 2025, at approximately 5:00–5:20 PM. My husband and I entered the store and waited in line. When it was our turn, I greeted her and asked how she was doing. Then I explained that it was my husband’s birthday today, and he would like the free donuts offered for birthdays.
To this, she rolled her eyes and said that only one donut was allowed. I then asked, “I’m sorry, could it be six donuts?” She gave us a look and said, “No, only one.” I said, “Okay.” Then she took a bag, tossed one donut in while staring directly at me, and reluctantly added another one with a particular expression and attitude.
She ruined my husband’s mood on his birthday. Why such treatment toward customers? We didn’t even eat the donuts because we remembered her expression and the way she put them in the bag. I will never come back again, not even for coffee. Thank you.

Ur business will go down if u will hire like this people for working in this place I asked for fresh Decafe coffee I usually come here but for this attitude I will not come and I will tell my friends also now and they are complaining about this place, they are too rude not giving fresh coffee to the customer if we ask for decage they are giving regular coffee with mixing hot water.Owner should take care of this its happening in the morning time always , especially the Manager of ur store she is telling she is the manager.
