Dunkin' offers a kind and fast experience with a manager and employees who are described as kind, clean, responsible, and friendly. The coffee is consistently good, and orders are handled in a timely manner. The staff is very helpful and friendly, trying to give their customers the best value for money spent. This location is a small cute Dunkin under the Granville Red Line station, a stop shop to grab a bite or drink. Customers love the iced drinks, especially the Dunkin Refresher. The manager always has exceptional guest service. However, one customer noted that the place can be a little unsanitary at times, with spoons and stirring utensils kept in a dirty cup of water. Despite this, the staff is friendly, and it’s located in a convenient area.
