the new staff is very disappointing.. she made the wrong order when the customer complained she said it was the customer's fault. she took the donut with her bare hands without tongs or gloves.. i will not buy again if i meet the same waitress..

This is a small cute Dunkin under the Granville Red line station.its a stop shop to grab a bite or drink before starting your journey, although many people from around the area too hop in. The food is good,the staff is very helpful and friendly trying to give their customers the best value for money spent. My kids love this place for getting their donuts treat from time to time. I too like how my iced drinks are prepared every time especially the Dunkin Refresher. All in all a good DD.

One employee at a time is unacceptable. It’s not the employees fault at all, but there’s no reason it should take 30 mins to get a coffee and a croissant just because there are 3 people in the store.

Has always really depended on which employee you get to serve you. There used to be a very nice woman who always got my order right, but things have really gone downhill since she left. Just tried to get snacking bacon, and the employee gave me a cold batch immediately that they clearly didn't heat up in the oven. I don't know if it was left over from a previous order or what. When I told the employee, he insisted that the bacon was always served cold. I've gotten the same bacon dozens of times over the last 2 years from this location, and it's always prepared hot in the oven. Idk if the dude was just trying to gaslight me, or if he's genuinely clueless. Sad.

I go to this one sometimes because it’s the closest one within walking distance. I find this place to be a little unsanitary at times. For instance, they keep the spoons and stirring utensils in a dirty cup of water! One time the water was so cloudy that I asked them to remake my drink without stirring it with those spoons. It’s gross - please fix this. Other than that, the staff is friendly, and it’s located in a convenient area.

I would rather walk the 3 blocks to Starbucks and I live directly across the street from
