Slowest people on the planet, 15 minutes to grab a single donut a foot away… make this place a self serve.

Rude workers I wanted to see if they had peppermint since I wanted a peppermint mocha and then was talked down to like I was 5 for asking when that is a common syrup flavor as someone who has worked in multiple cafes that was just unprofessional
Update: gave them another chance.
I wouldnt bother with this sad excuse for a location I clearly and loudly stated exactly how I wanted my drink and Bagel and the lady not only didn't make my drink right but also over charged me for drink topping and then didn't replace them she also failed to put my cream cheese on the side or give me extra cream cheese which I asked for. Long story short the ladies here are bad with the orders the coffee tastes like something I made at home and they cant even get a Bagel right save your sanity and go to metropolis
This is a fantastic shop! They run it like a local business and care about the community. I placed a large order for over 200 donuts for a neighborhood Halloween party and they were very accommodating, made the right suggestions based on the event, and had the order ready to go in bags with extra napkins at the promised date/time. The donuts were a huge hit with both kid and adults! THANK YOU!

Very friendly and fast service. I really appreciate it and enjoy stopping in.
Employees won't acknowledge you and when you they finally take an order they act as if you are personally ruining their life

I am very disappointed with the new service, where do you get a waiter like that? he is not friendly, I often buy there but next time I will not buy there again if it is still with the same waiter.. 2x I bought with the same waiter and 2x I had to feel disappointment.. unfriendly service, dirty and slow, she can bring viruses to the food because several times I saw him serving without using gloves

the new staff is very disappointing.. she made the wrong order when the customer complained she said it was the customer's fault. she took the donut with her bare hands without tongs or gloves.. i will not buy again if i meet the same waitress..
This is a small cute Dunkin under the Granville Red line station.its a stop shop to grab a bite or drink before starting your journey, although many people from around the area too hop in. The food is good, the staff is very helpful and friendly trying to give their customers the best value for money spent. My kids love this place for getting their donuts treat from time to time. I too like how my iced drinks are prepared every time especially the Dunkin Refresher. All in all a good DD.
I love this location it’s the best the manager Samina always has exceptional guest service and they already know my face and my order! I love the ladies they’re the best and the deserve to be recognized for their amazing customer service skills! Thank you Granville red line ladies Love you all so much! You girls are the best of the best keep up the great work!♥️
One of the best Dunkin locations I ever been to. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend this location.
One employee at a time is unacceptable. It’s not the employees fault at all, but there’s no reason it should take 30 mins to get a coffee and a croissant just because there are 3 people in the store.
