I go to this one sometimes because it’s the closest one within walking distance. I find this place to be a little unsanitary at times. For instance, they keep the spoons and stirring utensils in a dirty cup of water! One time the water was so cloudy that I asked them to remake my drink without stirring it with those spoons. It’s gross - please fix this. Other than that, the staff is friendly, and it’s located in a convenient area.

I have also had orders made wrong in the past and when you bring it up they get upset. I will not be going back here. I would rather walk the 3 blocks to Starbucks and I live directly across the street from

I work in delivery and never once here did they pack the order as it should be. They give you 2 or 3 bags in your hands and that's it, instead of putting everything in one big one. In other places the whole order is put in one big bag, here for some reason they don't do it.

No matter when I go, ealry morning, mid-morning, early afternoon, early evening, my order is always wrong. The most consistent and reliable thing about this store is that they ALWAYS get my order wrong, No matter who is working. Sometimes they just random select a drink for me. Isn't it more work to make 2 completely different drinks than to just get it right the first time?? I have to regularly correct my order and even still it's usually incorrect when i get it back. There is no recipe the employees follow. It makes my feel like it's on purpose. And mind you, I've gone more than 10 times HOPING it's just a bad day for them each time, but at this point i know they just don't care. I just won't go back.

My son loves this place, especially the strawberry donuts. And the cashiers are always friendly.
A very kind & fast experience. The manager & employees are kind, clean, & responsible with all the orders every time I am there. Working near by, I have experiences with this Dunking several times a week, & people are always courteous with every guest.

Up until today I would have given this location 5 stars. The employees are friendly. But store gives out free food and drinks to neighboring businesses and CTA employees as often as they want. Like every day. At first I wasn't sure but found out from the "recipients" that it's true. Great that prices going up and others get free.

One of the best Dunkins that I've been to. The orders are done in a timely manner, the coffee is always good, and the staff are really friendly! Definitely recommend this Dunkin :)
My favorite thing about getting my day started off on the right note when I am a little sluggish is ordering premium roast coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts over on Granville. Samina is a joy to see everytime i stop by. We love her service with a great smile she is consistent and friendly without fail. Five star location with a big five star for Samina! She makes me smile and that’s a rarity for those who know me. ?
