I went in this location and I wasn’t rude to the employees at all. There were no customers inside mostly at the drive thru. I got there and sat down to place my order online, yes I took some time to place my order but that wouldn’t have to be a problem to the employees right. I’m doing them a favor by not standing there Infront of them thinking what I want. Anyways I heard when my order came in and when I saw the worker get my order in my mind I was like ok they have some drive thru orders before me but they will make mine too. Wrong!!! I waited there and the employees there just continue making the orders of the drive thru and never saw my order in the bin of online pick ups. They guy there was making drinks and the girl was organizing some donuts so that’s when I decided to go up to her and asked her if they had received an order under my name and right away I could see the attitude towards me , she proceeded to do one of my drinks and then waited some minute and I had to go ask about the other items of my order. She gave me my other drink which you could tell they made it with anger. I was still waiting for other items and then I got them and just decided to leave even though I wanted to stay there and eat. I came out of that Dunkin so mad! And I still didn’t realized they didn’t do my order right. I understand when you get customers with bad attitude towards employees from the minute they step in the location but why treat customers that haven’t done anything to make you mad so freaking rude. My whole perspective changed because when I got there the ambience seemed nice and I even responded back when the guy greeted. So why be like that towards good customers that just want to get something to eat and drink and eat there.???? I work with customers too. So yes I understand what it is dealing with rude customers but I wasn’t one of them. I also don’t like leaving bad reviews but just when these kind of things happen.

Went through the drive-through December 5 at 11:50 am where the hispanic young lady yelled at everyone including myself because she couldn’t hear us. She gave the nastiest attitude even passing the food. Please fix the intercoms maybe your employees won’t get so frustrated. I also feel she intentionally put so much jam where you couldn’t even enjoy or eat it. I just threw it away, you’re better off anywhere else for a quick breakfast. The guy was accommodating as always.

The Dunkin’ in Willow Springs off Willow Springs Road is by far the best in the area. I used to live pretty equal distance from there and the Justice location. The W.S. location has never screwed up an order, been rushed or rude; and in fact if you’re a regular, they most likely know your order and usual arrival time. I just moved from that area and the W.S. Dunkin’ Doughnuts is literally the only thing I’ll miss about that area.
I continued my day with dunkin today with a Bacon Egg and Cheese and matcha. I was also really craving a cream cheese bagel so I ordered one too. Cashier was alright but I don’t know if they really listened to my order, I got my order I got my matcha and my bacon egg and cheese— turns out my bacon egg and cheese is a bagel not a croissant and there’s no cream cheese bagel. I got my matcha it looked good I’m not gonna lie but it tasted like straight up milk. I am really disappointed. Now I have to keep in the craving of a cream cheese bagel for another day because things are very expensive nowadays. 😞
