I work for cta and I go to this Dunkin all the time. I usually am greeted by Maryt and Jermaine. I love this dunkin because of the warm greeting these two give everyone. They are professional, speedy and nice. No one waits in line or at the window. They are so good they communicate verbally so both of them know who's doing what. I recommend this Dunkin to anyone that like a great environment with nice professional people. Thank you both. Dunkin should be proud. Well done.

I always stop by here on my way to the laundramat and almost always order three Wake Up Wraps. The service is always friendly and efficient. A couple of the ladies there already know what I will probably order - two bacon and one sausage. I have never had bad service here. The recent interior renovations really look nice!

I get a medium or large frozen matcha with 3 blueberry shots and oatmilk and it's always delicious 😋 I'm always greeted with a "hello" or "how are you doing this morning" and the atmosphere is pleasant! They always make my drink very quickly, even when it is packed and I have never waited for long. I have been going to this Dunkin for a couple months and it's great! 😃 Their hash browns and sausage and egg sandwich are quite nice!

The girls that work here are absolutely horrible. They are inconsistent with their pricing (hmmmmm?) And their health and hygiene standards are just as bad. I personally have witnessed them take an order from someone’s car that they gave to on accident after that customer had their hands all in it and give it to the right customer in the next car or whatever. This place is gross. I was spending hundreds of dollars here a month between myself and my husband and what not. They don’t care about regulars I could go on and on with the problems I have had here. It’s just bad.

Was going here every day before work and was fine until today when a worker ive never seen before ordered me out because I had my service dog in training, IN A CARRIER, and so was asked to leave while in line to order something. Didn't even ask me if it was a service dog etc. I've learned arguing the law with ignorant people is a waste of time. I'll be getting my coffee elsewhere now. Ashame cause most of the employees there are pleasant but it only takes one to ruin an experience and lose business.

Worst dunkin' ever I try to give them a chance everytime. Yet the workers there always manage to give a bad experience. Always with a rude attitude, not greeting, ignoring customers, and making faces when they have to take orders. They also always claim their machines do not work to not make your drinks.
