The Dunkin’ in Willow Springs off Willow Springs Road is by far the best in the area. I used to live pretty equal distance from there and the Justice location. The W.S. location has never screwed up an order, been rushed or rude; and in fact if you’re a regular, they most likely know your order and usual arrival time. I just moved from that area and the W.S. Dunkin’ Doughnuts is literally the only thing I’ll miss about that area.

I continued my day with dunkin today with a Bacon Egg and Cheese and matcha. I was also really craving a cream cheese bagel so I ordered one too. Cashier was alright but I don’t know if they really listened to my order, I got my order I got my matcha and my bacon egg and cheese— turns out my bacon egg and cheese is a bagel not a croissant and there’s no cream cheese bagel. I got my matcha it looked good I’m not gonna lie but it tasted like straight up milk. I am really disappointed. Now I have to keep in the craving of a cream cheese bagel for another day because things are very expensive nowadays. 😞

I work for cta and I go to this Dunkin all the time. I usually am greeted by Maryt and Jermaine. I love this dunkin because of the warm greeting these two give everyone. They are professional, speedy and nice. No one waits in line or at the window. They are so good they communicate verbally so both of them know who's doing what. I recommend this Dunkin to anyone that like a great environment with nice professional people. Thank you both. Dunkin should be proud. Well done.

I always stop by here on my way to the laundramat and almost always order three Wake Up Wraps. The service is always friendly and efficient. A couple of the ladies there already know what I will probably order - two bacon and one sausage. I have never had bad service here. The recent interior renovations really look nice!

I get a medium or large frozen matcha with 3 blueberry shots and oatmilk and it's always delicious 😋 I'm always greeted with a "hello" or "how are you doing this morning" and the atmosphere is pleasant! They always make my drink very quickly, even when it is packed and I have never waited for long. I have been going to this Dunkin for a couple months and it's great! 😃 Their hash browns and sausage and egg sandwich are quite nice!
