The Dunkin’ in Willow Springs off Willow Springs Road is by far the best in the area. I used to live pretty equal distance from there and the Justice location. The W.S. location has never screwed up an order, been rushed or rude; and in fact if you’re a regular, they most likely know your order and usual arrival time. I just moved from that area and the W.S. Dunkin’ Doughnuts is literally the only thing I’ll miss about that area.

I work for cta and I go to this Dunkin all the time. I usually am greeted by Maryt and Jermaine. I love this dunkin because of the warm greeting these two give everyone. They are professional, speedy and nice. No one waits in line or at the window. They are so good they communicate verbally so both of them know who's doing what. I recommend this Dunkin to anyone that like a great environment with nice professional people.
Thank you both. Dunkin should be proud. Well...
