I've gotten a few hard donuts on several occasions, but tonight was the worst. I try to let it slide because I usually stop by around 10 pm. The donuts I got tonight are definitely more than a day old. I asked for 2 old-fashioned donuts, I got to work and was going to eat them, I squeezed my bag and they felt hard, so I squeezed harder, and they literally broke into pieces.

Rude customer services I went to pick up my mobile order in drive through on 12/24/2024 @7am an employee with a green Christmas sweater was rude. When I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru no-one answered, I processed to the window as it was a mobile order . And she made a comment "you always do this when you come, next time make sure to wait let us know your order". As I questioned her comment replying "I always do this?" since this is my 1st time in this DD. She said "yes all the time" and close the drive thru window at me. If she didn't want to work her shift she should've called off.

TERRIBLE!!!! We went two days in a row, one for donuts with the kids and the other for drinks. The managers have a horrible attitude, an angry face and they do everything on a hitchhike basis. I wasn't the only one complaining, there was another lady also angry about the same thing. Really, how unpleasant, I won't be coming back!!!

I come here nearly every day for a quick cold brew with cold foam ordered online (mostly so the workers can get an accurate order) . This is the 4th time this month they made a regular iced coffee with no cold foam. Today they forgot again, and when I informed the lady, she rolled her eyes and said it's not written on my order. I told her it's clearly written and she sighed before fixing it. If you make a mistake on a customer's order, just be nice and fix it. I order the same thing every day.

I Walked In Dunkin and The Lady At The Register Was Nice..But As For Service They Got Everybody Orders Ready That Was Behind Me.. And I Was The Last One To Get My Frozen Coffee.. But How Could That Be When I Was The First One

Went there, asked for the special that’s offer throughout the city. The cashier said no.. and starts arguing with me when it’s all known that my order was Covered by the special. I walked out never coming back to this bad temper ladies!!!!

This place is hit-or-miss. There's a great guy working the drive-thru at night. When the nasty girl is working, forget it! She's so miserable and tries to spread her misery with her nasty attitude.
