This is my 3rd time at this location, the first time I came here I ordered on the app, & they gave me my drink with no cold foam, 3 ice cubes & half serve.
The second time I came I asked for less ice & the girl told the guy to tell me if I dont put regular Ice my drink would just be too sweet.
This 3rd time my drink looks like this HALF MADE, when I pay almost 8$ for this drink.
I always order a LARGE Iced matcha with OATMILK & sweet cold foam.
This makes no sense because I have gone to other Dunkin's & they fill my drink up the correct way. But its the same person making these drinks like this.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I knew something was wrong when I was placing my order. After giving the associate my order, he started changing and removing things on the screen! I literally had to say no I want this, or don’t change that, and he just nonchalantly said yeah, I’m already doing it… when I got my coffee, it looked strange. I usually get the brown sugar syrup, and it always makes the coffee darker. And I always substitute cream for oat milk, so it shouldn’t have been as light as it was. I tried to confirm with him and also another associate that he actually put brown sugar in the coffee. And they both told me he did. I feel like I was definitely being toyed with. After tasting the concoction he made, it just tasted like ice with cream and something slightly sweet in it I immediately got a headache and felt really strange. I called the restaurant immediately and asked for the manager.They claimed that there was no manager present, and that’s probably true because Of how unprofessional they were. I took the coffee back up there for a refund. I did not see the young man who served me when I came back, but the other two associates were just as nonchalant as he was, which was also suspect.

I ordered a large drink with light ice. They didn't fill my drink up to the top. I was charged for a large and got a medium-sized drink in a large cup. If a drink is large and is paying for a large, I expect it to be filled up. ZERO STAR RATING FOR NOT SATISFYING YOUR CUSTOMER. This dunkin' on the 28th and kedzie is trash !! When I called, the lady didn't care and click on me. A manager better write back and give me a voucher for a free drink. This is theft !

The employees at this establishment often display a discourteous demeanor, particularly in the afternoons during shift changes, when they are unable to take orders effectively. It seems they are preoccupied with inefficiency rather than addressing customer needs. The lack of a well-organized procedure for managing these transitions results in prolonged delays, ultimately driving customers away.

Furthermore, when customers finally attempt to place orders through the app, they are frequently met with issues such as malfunctioning machines or out-of-stock items. This raises concerns about operational management and customer service standards.

I sincerely hope this matter is escalated to corporate, as the current management appears to be struggling with effective hiring practices.

The head cashier gotta be the worst person there. They forgot to give me my donut and I said it nicely and proceeds to tell her the other cashier to check the receipt like really over a donut? Y'all gonna try to check me for a 1.69 donut? Really. I've been coming here for years doing mobile order while she's been head cashier and a rotation of employees. Now I understand why there's always new people management sucks and she does too

I've gotten a few hard donuts on several occasions, but tonight was the worst. I try to let it slide because I usually stop by around 10 pm. The donuts I got tonight are definitely more than a day old. I asked for 2 old-fashioned donuts, I got to work and was going to eat them, I squeezed my bag and they felt hard, so I squeezed harder, and they literally broke into pieces.

I was disappointed with my visit. There were no donuts available, and it took about five minutes to get served. When I asked if there were more donuts, the staff member simply walked away without addressing my question. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming."

Rude customer services
I went to pick up my mobile order in drive through on 12/24/2024 @7am an employee with a green Christmas sweater was rude. When I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru no-one answered, I processed to the window as it was a mobile order . And she made a comment "you always do this when you come, next time make sure to wait let us know your order". As I questioned her comment replying "I always do this?" since this is my 1st time in this DD. She said "yes all the time" and close the drive thru window at me.
If she didn't want to work her shift she should've called off.

TERRIBLE!!!!
We went two days in a row, one for donuts with the kids and the other for drinks.
The managers have a horrible attitude, an angry face and they do everything on a hitchhike basis.
I wasn't the only one complaining, there was another lady also angry about the same thing.
Really, how unpleasant, I won't be coming back!!!

I come here nearly every day for a quick cold brew with cold foam ordered online (mostly so the workers can get an accurate order) . This is the 4th time this month they made a regular iced coffee with no cold foam. Today they forgot again, and when I informed the lady, she rolled her eyes and said it's not written on my order. I told her it's clearly written and she sighed before fixing it. If you make a mistake on a customer's order, just be nice and fix it. I order the same thing every day.
