I go to this location every morning (it's the only one I like and I've been to many) and ever staff member from the manager down know what I come for, what's even better is they have my beverage made before I get to the counter and pay, and it's always spot on. Every one has been pleasant to me and others even you can tell the staff member is fatigued. I've been there to observe their interactions with other customers and the never falter. So if anyone...
