I’ve been coming here for years, but I believe there has been a recent change in management. I usually order an iced coffee with light ice, yet my request keeps being ignored and the cup is filled about one-third with ice, forcing me to ask for a plastic spoon just to scoop it out. Today, I also found a long grayish-blonde hair in my drink and asked for it to be remade. I was told that because no one on shift has that hair color, they would not remake it. Great customer service skills, guys. I’m sure your profit margins are doing well by losing loyal, repeat customers.

Place order on line go to the drive Tru in wait and wait by the speaker so I decided to drive to the window the lady looks at me like im but to rob the place in she say next time wait by the speaker!!! I explained i was waiting in you never say something so I figured my order is ready since I place it on line?? She got the bag in she looks like she wants to kill me ..anyway park to check my order everything wrong my sándwich no egg my coffee no sugar..go back in speak to the manager in the lady say ! There's how you place you order !! Pull my resive show the manager in confirm my order she's wrong!! Anyways because one bad employee im not coming back

If you want a sandwich and drink you already need to pay a premium, paying said premium doesn't come with the service I guess. Went in with one order of a drink and sandwich, eating 15 minutes before I got my drink and 25 minutes for my sandwich. New staff I'm guessing but there were literally 6 people in the building and 1 at the drive through, if I go again (it's the closest Dunkin) I'm not ordering a sandwich with my drink.
They have a $6 day breakfast meal!! Don't know if it's for a limited time.

Once in a while, they don't get it right, but for the most part, I always get the same flavors and it's consistent. The morning crew is always on point, but come after 4 and they are super slow. Even if you're alone in the line, it's like they don't care after 4. And usually get the order wrong.

I don’t normally make online reviews however I wanted to highlight the absolute nasty experience I had while there. Everything is stale. And the drinks have a funny taste to them. If you want to actually eat and drink the food you just purchased. The health violations were not up to code and the workers seemed very hostile at the thought of a refund. Maybe it come out of their checks?
