Every time I order coffee from this Dunkin’, it arrives with no protective seal and no bag—just an open cup lid. This is a serious health and safety concern.
When food or drinks are delivered unsealed, there is no way to know if the drink has been tampered with. A delivery driver could easily drink from it, spit in it, or contaminate it in any way, and the customer would never know. That is unacceptable, especially for a beverage meant to be consumed immediately.
Most restaurants seal drinks or at least place them in a sealed bag. Dunkin’ needs to do better. If this continues, I will have no choice but to stop ordering from this location.
Health and safety should not be optional. I tried to upload photos but couldn’t but I do have them with the receipt date and time.

I always place my order on the dunkin app. When I get to the store my iced coffee is ready! Or when i walk in and its still not ready the staff knows me already and hands me the drink personally. My iced coffee is always good!

I ordered two iced lattes, one with no whip - light ice and one with just light ice. I'm not sure why both of my signature lattes came out wrong. Neither with topping, neither with whip. I like to order online for the convenience of speed and so the little details aren't missed, not so they can do as they please and waste my time remaking drinks.
I ask for easy ice and they keep adding lots of ice to my beverage

If I could give it zero stars I would! I asked my bf to get a box of coffee and two dozen donuts so I could take it to work and these people gave him three creamers and no cups. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! HOW DO YOU GIVE SOMEONE WHO JUST ORDERED A BOX OF COFFEE NO CUPS AND THREE LITTLE CUPS OF CREAM!?!!
