In all honesty, there are just some places that shouldn't be in business. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY LIDS FOR THE COFFEE CUPS? I go in here to get something warm to drink on this cold day, and the people in there are,,,,,ooooooohhhhh. "We ain't got no lids for the coffee"... "Is that ok?" 😳.. NO IT'S NOT OK. Its cold outside and my coffee is supposed to be hot for more than 12 seconds......... Just, if you can, go somewhere else.. I hate giving these types of reviews, but it's better for you to know than not know.

Probably the worst Dunkin in the area! Terrible attitude from the employees, horrible care for the items you order, lack of awareness of who is waiting for their food. Staff always on their phones. I hope people who supervise this place reads these reviews because it is terrible to rely on food from such well known franchise and be treated like trash.

The cashier was unfriendly. She seemed really bothered. I ordered an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl. She was trying to tell me there's no pumpkin. I couldn't hear her very well...street noise & she spoke quietly behind a glass. She didn't like repeating herself. Her response was "no pumpkin!" She could've said sorry we ran out/don't have any at this time would u like to try caramel or whatever.

This place is in a high traffic area so it will be very busy in the mornings. Even with three people working in there, there are a TON of mobile orders and people in line so there will be a wait. They run out of stuff Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays, because they get their shipment on Friday mornings and I guess they are not allowed to get enough for the whole week. Sometimes they run out of donuts, people order a lot, depends on the day, it happens. Sometimes there is one person working, best to have patience. I would not return if I’ve had a bad experience, I know there is another Dunkin down the street.
