This was my worst Dunkin’ experience ever. I preordered for 7:45 AM, and my food and drink wasn’t ready until almost 7:55 AM. They spilled my latte and remade my drink in the same cup, with coffee running down its side. They let my latte sit on the machine so long, while making others’ cold drinks, that the latte got cold. It also wasn’t very good - the ratio of milk to espresso was too milky. I had to ask thrice for the donut I ordered.

In all honesty, there are just some places that shouldn't be in business. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY LIDS FOR THE COFFEE CUPS? I go in here to get something warm to drink on this cold day, and the people in there are,,,,,ooooooohhhhh. "We ain't got no lids for the coffee"... "Is that ok?" 😳.. NO IT'S NOT OK. Its cold outside and my coffee is supposed to be hot for more than 12 seconds......... Just, if you can, go somewhere else.. I hate giving these types of reviews, but it's better for you to know than not know.
I got an avocado toast here, and I said no bacon, yet they put bacon on the toast; please improve your workers.
