The girls that work in the mornings are great! The customer service is amazing! One person (very short hair, quiet) she's quiet but man she makes a great cup of coffee!! The other person, dark brown way hair, wears a fanny pack) she's on point and so helpful!

Great People Manager is excellent but that Amber girl at 2801 W DIVISION ST CHICAGO IL 60622 LOCATION has no customer service experience at all... *WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT WITH A SMILE EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE GRITTING YOUR TEETH?" I always have a great experience there....

Nice place to grab a coffee on the go as well as a good savory pastry such as an apple fritter or long John staff is very attentive to customers orders and are very helpful with Dunkin in app questions or concerns overall great experience and such a great delight as I missed this type of care for customers within the coffee industry wonderful experience

Great customer service. Glad to see that they are open again. A little remodel, back to business. My Son likes the munchkins, and they have drinks other than coffee, so that works for me as I'm not a coffee drinker.

Stay away! I'm not sure if the ladies were just having a bad day, but I felt like it was an inconvenience for them to take my order. The donuts are not great, and the coffee was bitter. I should have just bought a bag of doughnuts from the gas station.

The worst Dunkin experience ever! The lady at the register takes one hour to take your order and always tends to still get it wrong. I waited 15 minutes for my order cause they made the order after me first. After waiting all that time they still got my order wrong. When I complained to the manager he comes out and causes a scene at the register like he wants me to fight with him. Oh no this is definately the worst and I will never shop at this DD again! I love DD just will take my business somerwhere else.

Not in a good location. Tipical doughnut shop. Not a coffee drinker, so don't hit Dunkin donuts often, unless I'm getting gas or something like I was, it's located inside gas station.
