Terrible service. When I purchased this cake through the app it didnt specify anywhere that it was icecream cake when I picked it up an employee assured me it wasn't so when I took it out of the fridge the next day on my daughters birthday, this was the outcome. They did nothing to make it right.

Arrived in drive thru and gave my name and I could tell they prepared it fresh to order because the egg and cheese crossaint sandwich was piping hot and so were the hashbrowns.
The drink was prepared correctly as well.
And they gave a free ice water. Thank you!

Nice Dunkin overall. Clean and all. But I will never understand why they never start making your mobile order until they see you standing there staring at them…then they ask what you’re waiting on, look at the ticket and THEN make it. More specifically, it’s the guys assigned to make the coffee…the food guy is always on it while the others just stand around. Idk. Not a big enough issue to stop going here. They make my iced coffee right most times and if you know anything about Dunkin, you stick with the stores that actually make it good haha
