Nice Dunkin overall. Clean and all. But I will never understand why they never start making your mobile order until they see you standing there staring at them…then they ask what you’re waiting on, look at the ticket and THEN make it. More specifically, it’s the guys assigned to make the coffee…the food guy is always on it while the others just stand around. Idk. Not a big enough issue to stop going here. They make my iced coffee right most times and if you know anything about Dunkin, you stick with the stores that actually make it good haha

Very disappointing experience at this location. The staff often struggle with English, especially at the drive-thru, which has led to multiple incorrect orders. I’ve reported this issue several times, but nothing has improved. During my most recent visit, I had to go inside to ask about missing items from my order. Instead of addressing the issue politely, the staff—particularly the woman who seemed to be in charge and had no trouble speaking English—responded with unnecessary attitude. Rather than apologizing for their mistake, they acted defensive and dismissive. This kind of behavior shows a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette. It’s frustrating and disrespectful to customers’ time. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
Bad customer service. Giving attitude. If somebody doesn't like their job they should stay home. People that think they on top of they world when working in the fast food.

I usually love Dunkin’, but the experience at this particular location has been very disappointing — all because of the poor management. The manager is extremely unorganized and does not know how to properly handle staff or customers. Orders are often messed up, service is slow, and there’s zero sense of urgency or accountability. It’s clear that the team is not being led well, and it affects everything from cleanliness to customer service. Really hope Dunkin' looks into this — it’s damaging to the brand.
Very disappointed with the service at this location. The staff was rude and unprofessional, especially the manager, who seemed uninterested in helping or even listening to customer concerns. I didn’t feel welcome at all. Won’t be returning to this store.
They served me like they were giving me free coffee!!!!! The roof was badly closed!!! I poured the coffee on myself.

When I ordered the food was a little smudged and was not warm it was cold until I asked for it to be warm.
They also charge 1.50 cent for a cup of water (not even the fresh water bottles)
In other dunkin ive been in they don't charge for water. I don't really recommend it here.

Went to the drive up window around 5:30 am lady was super rude would not redeem points for a donut. Told me it would hold up the line that I had to come inside but it was perfectly fine for me to wait in line for 6 minutes while she took care of the Uber eats guy that was in front of me. Terrible service will not be going back to this location. If u like stale donuts and watered down coffee then maybe u will enjoy this place
