Bad service I order by the app and they take 20 min then I went in January 2 for the promotion of one donut free for every drink and the Men work there tell me No is only one for order and he closes the window in my face when I trying to say about I order 5 drinks .they don’t folllow the deals and they are inrespect to the costume very bad service

I have visited this location a number of times as I am a long-time resident of the neighborhood. My family and I have ordered through the drive-thru and in-store. This place needs a hands-on and present supervisor or manager. The morning shift staff needs to be re-trained in executing the ordered beverages and food. The drinks lack requested ingredients or are sloppily made. Some of the staff there are confrontational or very rude when taking orders. The best baristas so far are a young man and lady named Ivan and Paty; their customer service and execution are excellent compared to others. During the night shift, there is an older man who decides not to take orders while he naps in the back. When in the drive-through, he tells customers he is not taking orders for the next 10-20 minutes. When he returns, he continues to state the same. I will be calling corporate because when I ask for a manager, Daniel, he is never available or can't be reached.

Worst service with attitude from short Hispanic female. After 10 minutes of waiting and observing tall young guy screw up a few drink orders. A short Hispanic female returns from restroom and starts to assist. I inquired about my order with the guy at register, one black coffee. Then suddenly short Hispanic girl tells me that I have to wait since orders come out in order that they are taken, yet the four people that ordered after I did all received their lattes, caramel, and matcha drinks. Won’t be returning to this place

One time I wanted a coffee and my mom and I went through the drive-thru and ordered. Up until then it was fine, but when we got to the window, a girl spoke to us very badly as if she wasn't in the mood to work, and that made me very angry and I haven't gone back there because of the terrible service.

They keep this location clean, food is great and ive got to say they have had excellent coffee for a Dunkin’ definitely better than my normal one. I’ve seen this store handle some wild situations so props to them for keeping their cool and not escalating situations that could have gotten out of hand.

This is the second time that I order coffee here and it’s been disappointing. The first time the coffee was beyond sweet (regular sugar) does not mean double the amount. Most recently, today I order the same Med coffee regular cream and regular sugar - I get to work and this coffee is as bitter as can be. This has to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts to place an order whether it be walk in or drive through. I’ve called and no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I will be stopping by during my lunch break to get a refund.

My Daughter wanted some doughnuts, and upon going there it was sometime around 6p.m. that Me and Daughter who is 11 years old was Turned away, I felt Discriminated that I was REFUSED SERVICE, And I dont know why I was REFUSED SERVICE, I'm from The Suburbs and out there, Doors isnt Locked THIS EARLY AT ALL during This Time not even on Sundays in my area and Businesses closes earlier in the Suburbs then the City, So thats how I know the Dunkin Dougnuts on 79th and Western Near the Bus Terminal DESCRIMINATED AGAINST ME AND MY DAUGHTER WAVING THERE HANDS TOWARDS THE DOOR, He LOCKED THE DOOR WHEN HE SAW US WALKING UP😡, But yet I saw they were still Serving other customers, It's Ok I DONT LIKE DUNKIN STALE AS DOUGHNUTS ANYWAYS, I Prefer a Real Pastry Bakery Anyways or Krispy Kreme, I ONLY WENT THERE CAUSE OF MY DAUGHTER, I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THE DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS FRANCHISE ANYMORE and My Child Told me she Never want dunkin Again How we was Treated, Glad they didnt get a dime from me, and I will KEEP IT THAT WAY.

I ordered a toast bagel with cream cheese and was given a toasted croissant. I go to this location almost every morning. I guess the person who the croissant instead of bagel was having a bad day. Should gave stayed home. I was too far to go bad.
