I came in on my birthday to pick up my ice cream cake and although the young man was nice and helped me right away I didn't get my points in the app because he didn't scan my phone when I ordered the Spark'd drink which I got by mistake because I wanted the refresher. I like this location, and I will return, but I didn't get my birthday scoop of ice cream! ? Maybe next year! My carmelctric cake was very ? delicious so I'm satisfied!

Wait 10 min for coffe takes 1 minute to get ready if don’t like your job go school so you don’t have to do this tipe job . You don’t lost anything losing a costumer the owner yes lost alot 1 o 2 costumers every day adds a lot a week . Just advice for the owner good luck with employees like that ?
In the past, I absolutely HATED this location! I'm an area residential owner and took a chance last month after years of refusing to patronize. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, managers, and swiftness of the drive thru. I was elated by the fact that this is one of the few locations that still "BAKES FRESH DONUTS DAILY"!!!! Needless to say, I've probably put on a few extra pounds this month. I honestly had been visiting at least 3xs a week. My children tasted the difference in the Dunkin donuts freshness. Kudos to the owner and team. Today, though I changed my outlook on customer service there. A shift leader was extremely RUDE and argumentative with me when I asked who was the manager of the establishment. I took my donuts back because there were black specs all over them as well as some in the box. Possibly coffee, but I was going to get a different batch, but compliment the changes and this employee would rather argue than tell me the name of the manager. Overall, this place has great donuts and service normally. Please stress better customer relations training with employees and explain the importance of not becoming argumentative and quickly/quietly resolving issues. You never know who your customer may be!
Parking: There is ample private parking for the establishment with at least 20+ parking spaces for customers.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a main Avenue and single level. There are two door entrances.

Seriously long overdue review. There hasn't been one time visit this location and my coffee isn't delicious. Always ON POINT & FRESH! THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND CHEERFUL. I moved from the area and still travel to this location because they make the best coffee and their service is excellent! Thank you to leadership andn staff! You guys are amazing ?
