Young man had an attitude while ordering then when I went to the next window. The idiot didn't charge me for a donut as requested and had the nerve to get upset for his mistake. Not only that, the woman also had an attitude. Like, if you don't like your job, simply find somewhere else to work. No wonder the reviews are so low. Do better ot r find better.

DO NOT go here unless you are prepared to waste your time in the drive through for at least 15 minutes if you ordered through the app, more if you ordered at the window. Make sure that everything you order is in the bag when you pick up the at the window. But you get a bonus of the attitude the cashier has, when you ask for an item she forgot to put in the bag. This wasn't the first time I came here. The same cashier has always the same stank attitude. The wait time is ridiculous, so I try not to come here.

Horrible service the lady was rushing em to order ass son as I pulled up gave me soggy hash-browns coffee that was mostly milk not to mention bagel bites tasted burned. And smelled like they don’t clean whatever they make them in

Terrible staff needs new people that care about your drinks we are giving you our hard earn money for you guys to just give anything u ordered a ice coffee with caramel and sweetener and got ice milk

Really bad coffee like it tastes sour. For a $6 drink it shouldn’t taste like spoiled milk, each sip was worse.

Just tried to stop in for a coffee/donut at 4:25pm on a Friday. Door is locked yet there are multiple employees inside and the drive thru is open. Does the lobby usually close at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday? No it doesn't. But when you hire hoodrats to work at your store they do whatever they want because they don't care about the business or the customers.

Update : Door locked yet again at 4:30 in the afternoon. 4 employees sitting inside goofing off. Guess you pay these trash individuals to not sell any coffee or donuts.

Didn’t make our coffees correct asked for cream for one and there was none and then got a latte for another drink and there was no espresso just milk

Checking my debit account I noticed this store would charge my card on days I never visited, they would charge my card twice in a day and I only had 1 purchase. June 3rd I was charged $3.47 and then $5.77 June 17th $3.47 & $6.07 and just to be greedy June 10th I was charged $11.32. I paid cash on the 10th. Contacted store manager and Lewis and I was pretty much it's not their doing... If you've visited this store more then twice and you used your debit card I suggest taken a close look at your Dunkin Donuts activity at this store...
