I ordered a large Midnight Roast and waited about 15 minutes for it. After leaving, I let it cool a bit since it was really hot, only to find out it wasn’t Midnight Roast at all—it was just regular coffee. It tasted like hot water with a little cream and sugar. Definitely not what I ordered, and I’m very disappointed.

When there for 2 cold brew coffees with cold foam, they dont mix your coffee so everything sits at the bottom and you have to stir it yourself which eliminates any reason for you to get cold foam because stirring it yourself kills the foam it should be stirred before the foam is added, this also didnt taste like a cold brew it was like a regular iced coffee with cold foam and everything else that sits at the bottom of the cup because they're too lazy to stir, at least the donuts were fresh

Lady in the drive thru always looks angry no sense of good customer service. Very inconvenient also that the walk in doors are locked so early and you have to order thru the drive thru. If you don’t have a car your screwed

Young man had an attitude while ordering then when I went to the next window. The idiot didn't charge me for a donut as requested and had the nerve to get upset for his mistake. Not only that, the woman also had an attitude. Like, if you don't like your job, simply find somewhere else to work. No wonder the reviews are so low. Do better ot r find better.

DO NOT go here unless you are prepared to waste your time in the drive through for at least 15 minutes if you ordered through the app, more if you ordered at the window. Make sure that everything you order is in the bag when you pick up the at the window. But you get a bonus of the attitude the cashier has, when you ask for an item she forgot to put in the bag. This wasn't the first time I came here. The same cashier has always the same stank attitude. The wait time is ridiculous, so I try not to come here.

Really bad coffee like it tastes sour. For a $6 drink it shouldn’t taste like spoiled milk, each sip was worse.

Just tried to stop in for a coffee/donut at 4:25pm on a Friday. Door is locked yet there are multiple employees inside and the drive thru is open. Does the lobby usually close at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday? No it doesn't. But when you hire hoodrats to work at your store they do whatever they want because they don't care about the business or the customers.

Update : Door locked yet again at 4:30 in the afternoon. 4 employees sitting inside goofing off. Guess you pay these trash individuals to not sell any coffee or donuts.
