Donuts are good. A man in need of a meal very politely and respectfully asked me if I could buy him some food, which I didnât mind doing at all. When ordering for him, the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and went to her other workers to complain that I was buying food for him, and told me I had to give him his food outside. I didnât do that. they gave him his food, then demanded he leave. I get it, having homeless in the store isnât ideal, but he wasnât bothering anybody. At least could have let him finish his food and leave in peace. Her demeanor wasnât the best. Watched the man head outside in the 27 degree snowy weather.

I work in the area and they are so unreliable. Wrong order and slow service EVERYTIME. TRIED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND NOT ONLY DID THE CASHIER TAKE THREE WALK IN CUSTOMERS IMMEDIATELY WHILE I HAD AN ONLINE ORDER, THEY STILL MADE MY ORDER WRONG!!!!PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY WERE WHITE. Whoever makes the bagels need a raise! They are so soft and moist (only location where the bagels arenât hard) customer service is great! The female workers are so friendly!

It's rare that they get your order right. They must not know how to read or care to because my order is rarely ever correct. Recently did a mobile pick up of a Bacon egg and cheese croissant and two orders of bagel minis. I received only one order of bagels and when I finally went to open my sandwich it was a sausage egg and cheese bagel. How is it hard to mess that up?

I went to this Dunkin' on 10/15 around 12pm and there was only one girl working, she was so polite and fast with our orders. The food was delicious and the decaf coffee didn't give me any stomach issues, so for sure she gave me decaf or the quality is just better than Starbucks!!! I will be coming here more often!
