I order 6 bacon egg and cheese/egg and cheese croissants. When they give us the food there is only 5 croissants total, I tell the lady and she instantly denies not giving us 6 and raises her voice abruptly. I continue to tell her and after about 5-10 minutes they finally give me my croissant. Terrible service, that damn lady should be fired

We love Dunkin and go to them all over the nation; so I was super surprised when my Black Iced Tea with stevia and blueberry shots looked like lightly colored water. ? There were so many customers waiting on their order that I didn’t say anything… just left very disappointed as I sipped my colored sweet water.

I'm Tired of the Manager Gary yelling at me for Ordering Hot Food in the Morning between 4& 4:30....I order Online its 24hrs ....Why Yell at me Complainting that he has to Clean ,he Don't have Time to Cook....He should put that on the App and Website sometimes it Not Hot Food because I have to Mop LOL ...Also he's really Not Cooking he just Heating up Food.... Don't understand What's the Big Deal!

Not sure about the night shift, but, the day shift staff are terrible. They have zero skills and a bad attitude. They need some training in customer service and communication. The place is messy and unclean. Please clean your workplace and learn some customer service skills.

What kind of Dunkin’ location doesn’t even carry jelly to spread on a breakfast sandwich? Hopefully they’re not all like that now. My sandwich was pretty tasteless without it!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering any kind of hot food from here. Every single time, I place a mobile order and get there 5-7 minutes later to pick it up. I can see my coffee just sitting there, and then I end up standing there for 10+ minutes waiting until whatever hot food I ordered comes out.Today, I was standing there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. I saw people come in, wait in line, place their order and receive their items and leave. While I was still waiting for a mobile order I had placed 15 minutes earlier. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I’m going to get my order later than everyone else? People are on their way to work in the morning, I’m not trying to spend an extra 15 minutes waiting for something I ordered ahead of time. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But it’s happened several times in a row.
