Not sure about the night shift, but, the day shift staff are terrible. They have zero skills and a bad attitude. They need some training in customer service and communication. The place is messy and unclean. Please clean your workplace and learn some customer service skills.

What kind of Dunkin’ location doesn’t even carry jelly to spread on a breakfast sandwich? Hopefully they’re not all like that now. My sandwich was pretty tasteless without it!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering any kind of hot food from here. Every single time, I place a mobile order and get there 5-7 minutes later to pick it up. I can see my coffee just sitting there, and then I end up standing there for 10+ minutes waiting until whatever hot food I ordered comes out.Today, I was standing there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. I saw people come in, wait in line, place their order and receive their items and leave. While I was still waiting for a mobile order I had placed 15 minutes earlier. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I’m going to get my order later than everyone else? People are on their way to work in the morning, I’m not trying to spend an extra 15 minutes waiting for something I ordered ahead of time. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But it’s happened several times in a row.

Standard Dunkin, both donuts I had were good and seemed freshly made. Coffee is always below average and they still have nothing like espresso or even a 'nespresso' machine. It was clean as well.

Avoid this one, it's a dump. Stopped in a couple times, donuts were stale each time. The people behind the counter act like they hate you and life all together. Dingy unkept small seating area.

Two nice brown men just working the night shift on a Sunday and I just flew in from California and I'm restless and I want coffee or ice cream and this spot had both. I think this is my first Dunkin drink too and I got the turtle signature latte, but iced cause it's 11pm here and it's 74 degrees. I'm not sure if it's his name or if he just rang me up on his colleague's register code, but the name on my receipt is Kanubhai and you made my first Dunkin drink so so good and while I don't go to chains when I'm in a new place, I am happy I chose to go here and I got thee most guilty pleasure late night sweet iced coffee craving fulfilled!

I came here for a snack around 12 am so it was almost empty with everything, but thats natural same with the donuts they were stale but maybe ill come earlier next time.It was a tiny bit confusing with the map directions they sent me to the other side of the store.Overall it was okay, would be better during the day
