Someone just used my card at this location today and me and the card are at home. I will be contacting the police on Monday. Just ridiculous

Inexcusable, not even functional store. Lackadasical employees and they’re always “out of iced coffee”?

Two CUSTOMERS behind me got their ORDER before me. When I asked why was it taking so long for ONE large coffee the LADY making the orders indicated that she would get to my order soon. She then began working on a couples order who had just finished paying at the register indicating that the she was working on another customers order that came AFTER me again.

Second day I was served warm coffee. I asked for a hot coffee and it took them 15 minutes to get it to me. I was offered a Free but stale donut for the inconvenience. My breakfast sandwhich wasnt peoperly toasted. I ordered in advance to prevent the waste of time. Not to mention many of the customer exit the red line in a hurry headed to work so its not ideal to sit around waiting. They stand around talking while they have customers waiting.

Employees don't know how to follow instructions. Of all the locations, this is the worst. They always make mistakes. If you have the chance, go to another location.

For anyone looking, this is on the lower level in the area where you pass through the gates to get on a Red Line train.

I Ordered a cafe latte with oat milk and it honestly tastes like watery drip coffee. Not sure why this is because I’ve been to other Dunkin’s and their latte has been good.

It’s Dunkin, so you know what to expect. It’s at the entrance to the red line, so kind of a disaster as far as atmosphere. But everyone I’ve ever encountered here from a service standpoint has been really pleasant to interact with so I’m reviewing just to call that out.

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for the past few days, and I love it! It’s super convenient for me, and the staff has been incredibly helpful and nice every time. I’ve been trying their refreshers lately, and they’ve been a great pick-me-up. The only downside is that the location is small and doesn’t have any seating, but the service and convenience definitely make up for it. Overall, a great spot for a quick coffee or snack on the go!”

I work at a nearby building and I’m always getting my drinks here. The girls that work here are always so friendly and I have never had no issues. I usually mobile order between 2:30-4, special shoutout to the girls that work the evening shifts by themselves. Thanks for always making my drinks super-deliciousss! :)

The worst Dunkin in Chicago! I would not recommend going to this location. The order was not complete and the African American young lady had the nerves to pull my food out on the cash station counter. So unsanitary. She didn’t seem to have a clue. I will be calling Coorprate.

One of the workers is totally rude and I wouldn't seen my dog here, also I had frequented this place for a few years, now they have a new employee, she should not be serving customers, using profanity being loud, & rude, totally unprofessionally. if I could give no stars I would, she is very nasty, belligerent and doesn't respect anyone. It seems Dunkin Donuts at this site doesn't care about their clientele because she still working there.
