Exceptional customer service and my food came quick and it was hot and I enjoyed the environment I recommend everyone in downtown Chicago to shop here

The person currently working at the register has a consistently poor attitude. She does not greet customers and usually start interactions by saying, “What do you need?” This comes across as rude, especially early in the morning when customers expect basic courtesy. I have complained several times about this issue, but nothing has been done to address it.

Chaotic experience. The mobile app regularly lists items the store doesn't have in stock. Today, I ordered a donut, only to be told at pickup to come back an hour later. Frustrating mismatch between app and reality.
I've been going here for years, but I guess I'll give my money to Swadesi and Dark Matter, just around the corner and much better quality.

Walked in to pick up my mobile order today to about 30 people waiting to put in orders and get orders. There was only 1 person running the whole place on a Saturday during chicago marathon weekend. Then after waiting 20 min for my mobile order of the 4 items I ordered the only thing in stock was my black coffee the other items where substitutes or replacements. Obviously I didn’t want to pay or eat items I didn’t order but then the 1 employee proceeds to tell me that he can’t give refunds and I have to come back another day for that. I usually have a pretty low bar for dunkin because it’s quick and easy. This might be the worst Dunkin’ in the country.

My hash browns taste like they’re been in the freezer for 50 years. I want a refund but the contact number on Google just rings.

Everything was great especially the coffee
The staff has my coffee ready as soon as I come in and the place is very clean and a very nice manager. I will be going back again.
The coffee here tastes better than at most DDs. I had the brown sugar espresso and it was creamy and flavorful. There was only one guy manning the shop tho, but he was on top of it, with tons of patience and kindness

Understaffed. I was the only one there. Walked in and the one employee was too busy with app orders to take my order.

Do sad because this is directed at the corporations even though i know they will never see it.
How are they allowing only 1 worker to be serving on a busy sunday. Poor guy was doing everything himself and couldnt keep up. No wonder people quit.
June 29, he is literally alone in the whole store doing everything.
Do better

It's a Dunkin' Donuts. What more can be said? It's not accessible directly from the street, you enter the office building and make an immediate, sharp, right hand turn. This location is smaller than most of the ones I've been to, and I've been to a few. Donuts? They have them. Coffee too. For some reason many donuts are hart shaped. I guess it's a Chicago thing.

This is the second time I get my coffee like this come on I’m paying for a large coffee and this is what I get .. I didn’t go back because I was gonna be late for work
I agree with Kacie Paige, a customer that posted a review for this location about 6 weeks ago. She posted a review about the cashier with no customer service skills coming up to you and saying, "what do you want" with a some attitude i must say. I have gone two days in a row and have gotten the same treatment and to the people behind me when its their turn. I always say if you don't like your job then find something else because its reflecting that she is not happy there.

I wanted to bring to attention a woman ( on the receipt it says Dorenda) who, when I walk up to the register, has said the past two times I've visited the store "What do you want" and tossing my receipt at me (that might have been an accident but I was putting my card away so I went to grab from her and she let go before I could grab it). It was weird because she was very nice to the customer that was in line behind me. Not sure what I did but it makes me not want to come back.

Depending on staff, there is difficulty ordering with delays in receiving food. At times coffee is not full in cup and food is not per the menu specifications.
