The coffee here tastes better than at most DDs. I had the brown sugar espresso and it was creamy and flavorful. There was only one guy manning the shop tho, but he was on top of it, with tons of patience and kindness

Understaffed. I was the only one there. Walked in and the one employee was too busy with app orders to take my order.

Do sad because this is directed at the corporations even though i know they will never see it.
How are they allowing only 1 worker to be serving on a busy sunday. Poor guy was doing everything himself and couldnt keep up. No wonder people quit.
June 29, he is literally alone in the whole store doing everything.
Do better

One star is for the management. One employee on a busy Saturday afternoon. Poor guy!

It's a Dunkin' Donuts. What more can be said? It's not accessible directly from the street, you enter the office building and make an immediate, sharp, right hand turn. This location is smaller than most of the ones I've been to, and I've been to a few. Donuts? They have them. Coffee too. For some reason many donuts are hart shaped. I guess it's a Chicago thing.

This is the second time I get my coffee like this come on I’m paying for a large coffee and this is what I get .. I didn’t go back because I was gonna be late for work
I agree with Kacie Paige, a customer that posted a review for this location about 6 weeks ago. She posted a review about the cashier with no customer service skills coming up to you and saying, "what do you want" with a some attitude i must say. I have gone two days in a row and have gotten the same treatment and to the people behind me when its their turn. I always say if you don't like your job then find something else because its reflecting that she is not happy there.

I wanted to bring to attention a woman ( on the receipt it says Dorenda) who, when I walk up to the register, has said the past two times I've visited the store "What do you want" and tossing my receipt at me (that might have been an accident but I was putting my card away so I went to grab from her and she let go before I could grab it). It was weird because she was very nice to the customer that was in line behind me. Not sure what I did but it makes me not want to come back.

Depending on staff, there is difficulty ordering with delays in receiving food. At times coffee is not full in cup and food is not per the menu specifications.

I wanted to compliment the lone service worker (a young AA man) working on 6/25/24. He greeted everyone kindly, answered questions with patience, and ran the entire place by himself. I didn't think they made customer service people like this anymore- Amazing job.

Thank you for being open at cow milking time. Everything was fresh and hot and your employees made me feel welcomed.

I’ve been here 3 times- 2 out of 3 times- NO DECAF!!! You’re a coffee shop- it’s what you do. The people who work there are nasty and rude as well. Glad we won’t have a reason to be back in this area.
Toxic working environment. I'll never work for this Dunkin' ever again. I do not recommend.

All I asked for was a French crueller and the short rude young lady had an attitude. I asked how come they don't have any and her response was because we don't. Lady don't treat the customers bad because you deal with customers all the time. This place should be a lot more friendly!

The customer in front of me was very kind to the cashier, saying good morning to the cashier, and things like, "Have a nice day." Terla, the cashier, decided to blatantly ignore that. Lady in front of me gets done but is still struggling with her purse so I stand back and allow her time (no one else in line behind me), and Terla decides to snap at me to order from where I was standing around the corner from her register.
I waited until I was in front of her regardless because no one was in that much of a hurry.
I asked her if they'll have any more chocolate frosted doughnuts, and she said we're out. We did this exchange twice before I had to explain to her, "Yes, I understand you're out right now, but it is 9:30 AM." Are you going to make more soon? "No."
So I order something else, and she finishes the exchange by only ever saying my total and then shoving the box of doughnuts into my hands without another word.
I've worked retail many, many years, and I understand it sucks, but it is also what you make of it. I don't write many reviews, but I felt I had to. Terla, you really need to work on your customer service skills if you're going to be front of the shop.
TL;DR - Doughnuts (that I was able to get) were great, I would rate service less than one star if I could.
