This location is honestly one of the worst ones to go to. The food, service, and atmosphere is always so bad. I order online, through drive-thru, and in store for years. They specifically always mess up my order and are super lazy with the presentation of the food and customer service. Today, I called and asked for a manager to speak to, and he said he would talk to his employee about it. My boyfriend had came back to get the order fixed, and when he came home, I found a piece of plastic in my toast. Please save the time, money, and energy to go to a different location.

This used to be a good place to buy coffee... The people who work there don't take orders correctly... I understand they don't like sugar... Every time I buy coffee at this establishment... they give me something different... The coffee has no sugar... or they give me caffeinated coffee... They don't put the cream I order, or sometimes neither cream nor sugar... I think it's important for the customer to feel comfortable with a good cup of coffee in the morning since it's the first drink one has... I feel like instead of drinking a cup of coffee... I'm just drinking a lot of anger... Please do your job; it doesn't cost you anything to provide good customer service. ....

This location refused to fulfill my mobile order for multiple breakfast sandwich rewards. When I arrived to pick up, I saw one employee look at my printed mobile order receipt, turn to the other employee and then one employee told me the owner told all employees that his location would not honor multiple rewards on one visit, even though I received a corporate Dunkin email saying I could redeem multiple rewards during a single visit. To make matters worse, the employee in charge faked not being able to either understand or speak in English, as the employee who did speak to me during my visit told me the owners rules and that the employee in charge didn't speak English, however he was wearing a drive-thru headset on, so he clearly did speak English. This location refused to fulfill my order, refused to honor my Dunkin reward redemption, and refused to honor Dunkin corporate rewards program rules. This location should be avoided if you have Dunkin rewards to be redeemed. Poor customer service. Avoid this location and find another Dunkin that has honest workers, a honest owner/operator and a location that follows Dunkin corporate policies.

This place gets packed! However the guy who works the drive thru window is so nice. Never really had a bad interaction with staff members here even if it is extremely busy. Great location and reliable service.

I was blown away at how rude one of the drive thru staff was he was instantly annoyed the second I pulled up and when I asked about menu items he acted like I was stupid and told me I can read the screen lol I don’t let things get to me but I definitely needed to take the time to write about this particular person
