This place gets packed! However the guy who works the drive thru window is so nice. Never really had a bad interaction with staff members here even if it is extremely busy. Great location and reliable service.

I was blown away at how rude one of the drive thru staff was he was instantly annoyed the second I pulled up and when I asked about menu items he acted like I was stupid and told me I can read the screen lol I don’t let things get to me but I definitely needed to take the time to write about this particular person

Was a bit shocked by my experience at this Dunkin today. My first time ever driving thru this location. They typed in my order wrong, and luckily I could read it on the broken screen and correct them. Waited a few minutes at the window for my food and coffee. Finally, they bring it over and the coffee has cream in it, which I didnt order. I saw her dump it out and remake the coffee in the same cup…. Luckily I’m not allergic to dairy. Then she almost walked away before giving me a straw. When I left I found my food was burnt and the wrap had basically exploded open (see picture). To top it all off, there were no napkins in my bag. Never coming back!!!!

Placed an order for pick up through the app, arrived 2 mins after the time it was set for pick up & was notified it was ready. When i got inside i went to the mobile pick up area and employee came over and asked for my name but could not find my order. All the employee said was we don’t have your order, i showed her and another employee that i had my receipt from the app, the other girls looked for it and tried to help but the first one was extremely rude. Nobody said anything to me after this and i just stood waiting until the employee told me they don’t have my order in the system, i asked if there was anything they could do as i had already paid. she said no, i asked about a refund. she said no. i asked if that meant they just got to keep my money and i don’t get any of my food. she ignored me and just looked at me like i was stupid. I walked out extremely upset i have never seen such an unprofessional and unhelpful person. I would never recommend going here.

Ordered a mobile order, the food and coffee were delicious, got it super fast, and great customer service and clean sitting area. Loved that you can charge your phone wirelessly in the tables.

Just left establishment and had to come write a positive review. Extremely clean.. polite women working there.. that actually greet you with good mornings. Very fresh donuts and coffee.. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin and wish all of them were as good as this one. Business as business should be.!
