Very bad service I went to dinner with my family they took our order on the 5th of 042024 at 8 45 pm and they did not give us what we ordered we were missing food we complained and they told us that only that we ordered and it is not true and the man was very rude very bad experience

Beware of the drive thru. They up charge you for things you don’t order. Adding extra eggs to sandwiches, adding on flavors, upping sizes, adding hashbrowns… all of which you didn’t order.

Worst DD in Chicago. Lady is so rude. Her way of talking is like she is doing a favor to us. They should teach her how to talk to customers. Worst. I will never go there again. God may teach her some manners.

Service here is terrible . This is the second time my order wasn’t repeated to me once I go to the window the and I ended up paying for somebody else large order when all I ordered WAS A DAMN ICED COFFEE ! Refund was given of course but waiting 3-5 business days for my $$ back for what ? When you could’ve just repeated the damn order at the window before taking payments from customers . EVERYBODY HERE NEEDS TO BE RE TRAINED . Especially the Indian lady acting like a damn robot .

Just came and ordered an iced coffee and it tasted a bit off. Went back to the window and spoke to Brian who apologized, remade it and even upgraded the size to a L. I’m always coming to this dunkin and it’s always been a positive experience.
