I had the bacon avocado toast as shown below and it was delicious. The bacon was perfectly cooked and the avocado was spread evenly. I really hope you consider trying this or you'll be missing out.

Seriously. I do not know how the staff here does it. They do the best they can with the equipment Dunkin has given them. They need two more espresso machines and way more room. The number of days I stop here and the lobby is literally full of people waiting on one person to make hundreds of espresso drinks is honestly unacceptable. To the franchise owner and management team: do better. Get this team the equipment they need.

Staff are very rude. Asked them to remake a drink got mad and said “wasting product” like Dunkin isn’t a coffee shop for a reason. Would not recommend going and spending your money here.

This location isn’t staffed half as much as it needs to be in the mornings. It is an absolute madhouse every morning. I literally just want to pick up a coffee, but it is always an ordeal because they are always way behind. Then the employees snap at you for asking if your order is ready. And if you dont ask and your order sits there, they still snap at you. I get they are understaffed and surely underpaid. But customers are getting snapped at constantly and end up needing to wait 15 minutes for a pre ordered coffee. This location should be avoided if possible durring rush hour until Dunkin corporate decide to properly staff it.

This review is no reflection on the staff that is working there. They worl hard and do their best with what little equipment and staff they have. Today 4/9/2025 I had to walk out after waiting 15 minutes for my purchase and not getting it because I have a job to get to. All I ordered was a hot chocolate , a side of bacon and 2 bagel bites. That should not take 15 minutes or more. 1 Latte machine is not enough for that location. 1 espresso machine is not enough. 1 person working the hot food oven IS NOT ENOUGH. And get more ovens.... This location is toooooooooo busy to not run efficiently as it needs. Make a bigger location. Hell, combine the two stores that are 2 blocks away from each other. Buy the empty space where the Walgreens was at on Madison and Wells combine 201 Madison store with 103 Madison in there. If the mobile app is too much for that store, do away with it. Tickets were steadily pouring out that machine. I put my order in way before I get there while I'm on the train and my order still dont be ready. There was no way I was getting my food and drink anytime soon. I will not be going back to this location. Do better by your staff and the young lady that was in charge at the pickup counter today because I'm sure you don't pay her enough. And I want a refund to my card. Do better Dunkin!!!!
