I wanted to give a big shout out to this particular Dunkin location. The crew is extremely organized and friendly. They seem to work well together. I use the app to order ahead and when I arrive, one of the team members is usually there calling out names and getting customers in and out. Their hard work is much appreciated.

I am giving the low score not because of the service but because of receiving the wrong cup of coffee with whole milk that made me ill. Please make sure you pay close attention to serving customers with lactose allergies. Almond milk was requested and whole milk was received.
This location gives off dirty feeling, and it was closed for a week by Heath inspection, the Employees act like you're annoying for coming in at all. I've been here handful of times and they always barely fill the drink size correctly, half a** ingredients, pointless to pay for extra cuz you won't get it.

It can get pretty busy between 7-9 but they move quickly to get you in and out. Johnny greeted everyone entering with a cheerful "good morning'" I highly recommend ordering online and picking up in store

A bit of a frustrating experience. The man who took my order was nice, but I waited 10 minutes and was the only person there. They didn’t even start my drink until I had been waiting for five minutes.Also, my frozen matcha is weirdly white on the top, so I suspect that it either wasn’t blended well or not enough matcha was used.
