Medium size, I couldn't understand, I don't understand, I don't understand what you're saying to me, they repeated it nine times, finally I was shouting from the car, they don't understand English themselves and they blame others, india, The situation is the same in almost every branch, the Indian people have such a bad accent that they tell others that they don't understand your English and how can they listen to them when they meet them?

OK, I’m done with this place 9 1/2 dollars for medium coffee and grilled cheese. I will not complain if he got this order right but I order it cream and sugar coffee come without sugar. I ordered grilled cheese. He put two slices of cheese in a warm bread just warmed up the bread a little bit and that’s it so this place goes to my avoid list from today. And yes, I almost forgot he went somewhere on a back with my card and took him a while to process my card like he was checking my credit score or something that’s very unprofessional to take somebody’s credit card on the back somewhere away from Customer’s eyesight

Over that last month I have been to this Dunkin location four times. Every single time, they've gotten my order incorrect. They have either forgotten an item or I received the wrong item. The staff is completely careless about their customers even kindly requesting the missing item got me an attitude. I also tried to order a small cup of water for my dogs after a long walk, and the staff member that was working was extremely difficult.

I’m an Uber Wats deliver driver at night. I pulled up to the speaker last night. No one came on so I tried a simple “Good Morning.” Nothing! I proceeded with, “Hello Good Morning.” I didn’t raise my voice at all. “Hello?” I finally received angry reply! “ What do you want DUDE???” My jaw dropped. I replied as I was gasping in disbelief! “I’m here for an Uber Eats order.” She then replied with an angry voice! “It’s going to be 10 MINUTES!!!” As I pulled up to the window I heard screaming and throwing stuff around! After 8 minutes I received the order and I was gone! Don’t go here at night it’s creepy and scary! If corporate sees this I have video footage!

I'm a big fan of American dunkins, I should point out.
I find their price quality very good.
I had the opportunity to try their incredible pumpkin cheesecake patfum! Too bad it's only seasonal.
On the other hand, I find that each time in the dunkin's the atmosphere is cold with barely any attention from the waiters, a little cold.
But this one is well located in a nice quiet area with toilets and free wifi.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, no doubt.

Chicago- Roscoe neighborhood. I was looking for the place we'd been to, 40+ years ago. This place wasn't it. The donuts were great. The place wasn't as clean as it could be. May have been between rush periods. This place is the newer style, without the counter and stools.
Parking: It's a corner shop, with off- street parking, near an intersection with traffic lights. We were there about 3 pm? So it was busy. We managed to get around.

Terrible service overall. I just went to pick up my mobile order and was told they were out of an item I got. They refused to refund me and told me to go through corporate. Also the donuts at this location are always stale after 10am. Stay away!

I’m sorry but that’s their job is to serve the public with coffee, if you don’t like serving others work harder and get a better job.
