I ordered coffee online around 7:41 a.m., 02/01, I spotted two large dogs inside Dunkin' Donuts, and it appeared that the gentleman did not have control of the dogs, as they were wandering in different directions. When I approached the counter to pick up my beverages, the dog began leaping and barking. The owner commanded the dogs to stop. He was holding the coffee and the chain, while the dogs were moving around. They should not let dogs in Dunkin' Donuts because they are not service dogs, and the employees simply stood there and watched without saying anything.

The workers are always rude. Have you waiting in line while they are just there acting like they don't see you. Literally they take your order and walk away don't even give u the receipt or ask if you want it, nor thank you or you're all set. NOTHING.

We asked to have our order replaced because it didn’t taste the same as what we usually get — it was much sweeter this time. We simply wanted to make sure it was made right, but the staff member was not approachable and reacted unpleasantly, which made us feel bad about the experience.

This is probably my favorite dunkin in the city. I would go every Friday before my second job. The people who work there are sweet and personable. My order was made quickly and correctly. The drive thru is quick and easy to get out of.

This location is terrible unless you order ahead or you're going to the drive-through but if you're walking up, they literally will ignore you for 15 to 20 minutes while you're spending the night in front of them actually called the store while I was waiting in the front excel didn't answer Avoid go to a different Duncan

I bought hot coffee and bagel. It’s was clearly written restrooms for customer. The lady was telling restroom are out of order. No restroom . Terrible customer service
