I’ve been going this Dunkin’ Donuts location once in a lifetime. Example when I ordered something like medium ice coffee caramel and yes they will ask you do you want cream and sugar. I’ll tell them yes. The worst part is drive through can be hectic and if you read the menu and tell them what you want and say it slowly some of them can’t hear on the intercom.

beware - I am just now coming out of a 48-hour haze of throwing up the remnants of my dunKINGS meal as well as fluids long forgotten within my stomach. I have never had worse food poisoning in my life. I know it was from here because it was all I had that day. Pain. Nothing but pain. Both ends. At the same time It didn't help that the girl was pretty dismissive to me while I was picking up my order, even though i was the only one in the store. At the time, I empathized with her because I know putting on a happy face for everyone can be draining. But she barely looked at me and the look she gave me was one of disgust. I am not one to write bad reviews but I have never been so sick in my life, i really thought I would have to go to the hospital if I wasn't feeling better soon. I was throwing up blood and bile and any liquid I tried to drink within 24 hours. I dont know if the fault is on the facility where the croissants were made or within the location, but please practice better food safety because if I was not healthy I would have had to go to the hospital. Also solidified that I can never eat a dunkin breakfast sandwich again.

I want to express my satisfaction with the service at Donki Donut. Every time I stop by for a hot cappuccino, the staff serves me quickly and efficiently. However, what I really want to highlight is the portion size. In many other stores, even when I order a large cup, the amount served is often less than expected. But at this store, every time I’ve purchased, I’ve received the right amount, perfectly matching the price I pay. I truly appreciate this level of attention and quality. Thank you for the excellent service!

Medium size, I couldn't understand, I don't understand, I don't understand what you're saying to me, they repeated it nine times, finally I was shouting from the car, they don't understand English themselves and they blame others, india, The situation is the same in almost every branch, the Indian people have such a bad accent that they tell others that they don't understand your English and how can they listen to them when they meet them?

OK, I’m done with this place 9 1/2 dollars for medium coffee and grilled cheese. I will not complain if he got this order right but I order it cream and sugar coffee come without sugar. I ordered grilled cheese. He put two slices of cheese in a warm bread just warmed up the bread a little bit and that’s it so this place goes to my avoid list from today. And yes, I almost forgot he went somewhere on a back with my card and took him a while to process my card like he was checking my credit score or something that’s very unprofessional to take somebody’s credit card on the back somewhere away from Customer’s eyesight

Over that last month I have been to this Dunkin location four times. Every single time, they've gotten my order incorrect. They have either forgotten an item or I received the wrong item. The staff is completely careless about their customers even kindly requesting the missing item got me an attitude. I also tried to order a small cup of water for my dogs after a long walk, and the staff member that was working was extremely difficult.
