Terrible service overall. I just went to pick up my mobile order and was told they were out of an item I got. They refused to refund me and told me to go through corporate. Also the donuts at this location are always stale after 10am. Stay away!

Disappointed and Disgruntled: Dunkin' Donuts' Blunder I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service I received at Dunkin' Donuts. Upon placing my order and patiently waiting, I was dumbfounded to learn that my order had been carelessly handed to someone else. The sheer incompetence and lack of attention to detail exhibited by the staff which was three clueless females at this establishment is simply inexcusable. Not only did this egregious error result in the loss of my time but I had to wait more time for them to remake what I originally ordered. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is a testament to the disarray and mismanagement that plagues this Dunkin' Donuts location. Furthermore, the dismissive attitude of the staff when I brought this matter to their attention only served to compound my frustration. Instead of offering a sincere apology or making amends for their mistake, they displayed a shocking lack of accountability and customer service. One staff member even spoke Spanish to another worker as if I wouldn't understand what she said. In light of this disappointing experience, I am compelled to caution others against patronizing this Dunkin' Donuts branch. Their glaring incompetence and negligence in fulfilling orders are indicative of a broader issue that tarnishes the reputation of the entire franchise. I had hoped for a pleasant and satisfying visit to Dunkin' Donuts, but instead, I was met with disappointment and dissatisfaction. It is abundantly clear that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of upholding basic standards of service and professionalism. Do better Dunkin' Donuts. You need to hire workers that care about their job and the customers.

The whole place is unwelcoming, a disaster with boxes and mess all over the tables, apparent vomit and spittle on the tables. The woman with the burka headdress is extremely rude and unfriendly. They blast the music and refuse to turn it down. I used to come in multiple times a day for coffee and Diet Pepsi. After this horrible experience we will take our business elsewhere. Makes me sick.

I have ordered delivery through Door Dash from here several times in the last year. Sometimes the food delivered is fine with no complaints. Often, either something is missing, item is made improperly, and/or items don't taste that great. If you are up late or super early and you are somewhat or not intoxicated, you probably won't notice. I was very polite only to have a young girl wearing a Hijab who tried to guilt me with stares to care about her stupid life...lolThis is Chi!!! I just want a coffee!
