I ordered a decaffeinated coffee and one regular. A young female employee set one coffee on the counter, I asked which one is this, you refused to respond. I asked for the decaffeinated and she got smart ans said she had to make fresh. JIMMIE, your son should hire respectful employees.

For the longest time, this was my go-to dunkin, but the drive thru takes way longer then it should couple months ago I I waited for my food must have been new employees order seemed like was taking forever the guy behind me ended up falling asleep and hitting my car in drive thru lane now I go today and ordered an extra large and ms Gives me large instead

Fix the drive thru situation caused by chik fil a. They closed off the second entrance to the lot putting all the burden on dunkin side. The drive thru traffic now blocks the only two ways to get in the lot… fix it and make chik fil a pay for half. You both messed up

Unfortunately, I am a frequent customer and today the place had no customers. I asked to enter the bathroom and they notified me that I could not use the bathroom. I asked to be able to enter the employee bathroom and was also denied. What I see was that they changed the staff, I did not recognize. to no one and the other people always gave good treatment.
