I used to love this location now is horrible workers chose who drinks they want to make good and choose who they want to treat better. Once again coffee is not and I repeat it's not supposed to be watery it's supposed to be a nice black color and even if you put any dairy in it the coffee is not supposed to be watery or light. I come from a Caribbean household coffee is supposed to be nice and black not watered down.also cheap with their products that the customers automatically pay for I don't get it. I will be definitely using all my points but not on coffee and closing my app account. I rather support a small business who actually makes coffee the right way and treats their customers good all the time.

I went through the drive thru tonight asking for a simple request for my coffee that they do for me every morning! The man was so rude, simple responded with “no” instead of “I’m sorry” or “I can do my best”. Just terrible customer service on his end. When I pulled up to the window to explain that they make it happen for me every morning, he literally just walked away and ignored us. Some other girl named CHRISTINA came to the window and didn’t even address our concern just processed to tell us the total. I paid for it and asked for the other man’s name in which she said “he didn’t feel comfortable giving”. Jokes on her cuz her name was on the receipt and now she’s getting the bad review. But regardless just don’t stop by at night because you will get ignorant, lazy customer service. Sad that these two employees are the reason this Dunkin is losing a daily customer ($$$). Will not be coming again.

The worse. Very terrible customer service skills. I went to grab a handful of sugar from the self service section,.and I was questioned. I spent money in that establishment a few times and this was the second time I had an awful experience. The first time was the rude attitudes. I will not be back. I will call corporate and make a complaint.

Had me wait 15 mins in line just to tell me that they didn’t have change for a 50 dollar wasted my time and had to stop somewhere else for coffee so made me late for work. This place sucks they already had made the food they could’ve gave it to me for there mistake, my time is money

I ordered a decaffeinated coffee and one regular. A young female employee set one coffee on the counter, I asked which one is this, you refused to respond. I asked for the decaffeinated and she got smart ans said she had to make fresh. JIMMIE, your son should hire respectful employees.
